How is that even possible? This is due to the excellence of: Kevin, Erica, Iris, Caleb, and a few other faces i see but don't know names. They provide sure kind, caring interactions. They don't merely do their job, they adopt you (if only they paid for college too). To exude this kindness AND be in a cold, corporate environment is no easy feat. But, do bring your feet over there for the kindness that all of us deserve! Thank you Citibank for providing this excellent group of workers together.

Customer service is great, there are enough tellers, too, who are personable and professional. I have meant to update this review for awhile because it's really become a much more inviting place. Though I typically do not review branches or chains, I do think it's important to recognize when the experience of a business is noticeably good or not. It's good here. Part of what makes this branch so good is that there are faces here of people who have been at this branch for a few years now. So, it makes it easier to know that they belong here which translate into a familiarity that gets passed to the customer. I think the people who work here make all the difference.

Some of the tellers were chatting it up in Spanish with the customers at their windows which took additional time in getting to the window. I didn't like that. I am giving this bank a GREAT rating only because I encountered a young lady named Kameron (I may be spelling her name incorrectly, but when you access that bank you will see who I am speaking of. Her customer service was impeccable, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She assisted me with my deposit with the machine which I was not familiar with and I appreciated her kindness and patience with an senior citizen. Yes it has been a while and I am just now submitting this review, but it means something if a customer remembers the professionalism from almost 2 months ago. On top of being humanely operated, this branch office is pretty nifty. Cool huge old building right on the water. Big glass doors at entrance which require a buzz-in to get inside. Nice insides, cool vault and they give you little candies and stuff. The ATMS are old fashioned tho.
