I ordered currency online on May 8th; on May 9th, I received a confirmation email that bank notes are ready and have been set aside; on May 10th, I called to let the branch know that I'd be in on May 13th (they said "no problem"); on May 13th, I walk in...and promptly walk out empty handed. Why? Because Isaiah didn't actually set aside the currency. And those confirmation emails I got? "System generated," so meaningless. No sorry, no nothing. Wasted two hours driving from and to Orange County thinking stopping here would be convenient. Isaiah is like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're going to get.
