I came to Western Veterinary Center late at night because my cat was limping, and from the moment I arrived, Dr. Kalee Salas and her team were absolutely amazing. I was greeted with kindness right away and taken to a room almost immediately. The hospital itself was spotless, quiet, and very organized, which made a stressful situation much easier. Dr. Salas was incredibly caring and patient throughout the entire visit. She even got down on the floor to help my cat feel more comfortable, which was something I had never seen before. She took the time to carefully explain everything after the tests were done and sat with me to go over the situation and next steps. Since it was late and I was overwhelmed, I asked her to repeat everything, and she was more than happy to do so without making me feel rushed at all. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, even in the middle of the night. They answered all of my questions and made sure both my cat and I felt taken care of from start to finish. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricing. Compared to other emergency hospitals like ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital and VCA Animal Hospitals, the prices at Western Veterinary Center were much more reasonable than I expected. I have honestly never experienced this level of compassion and care anywhere else. I brought my senior dog in for an emergency abdominal ultrasound after her primary vet flagged severe liver enzyme elevation. The visit lasted about an hour. I left with a verbal prognosis of "two to three months" and a recommendation for palliative management only. Her hepatic masses were described as too risky to operate on. CT and surgical consultation were mentioned as options but framed as not really worth pursuing... I sought a second opinion at a board-certified surgical specialty hospital the following week. A three-phase contrast CT and a surgical evaluation reframed the case entirely. Three weeks after the original ultrasound, my dog had a successful liver mass debulking. Pathology confirmed two malignant tumors with clean histologic margins and no vascular invasion. A third mass that had been grouped with them on imaging came back benign. Her revised prognosis is significantly longer than the original "two to three month" estimate. This review is not about the diagnostic findings, which were largely correct. It is about the recommendation that flowed from them. A definitive terminal prognosis was given before any tissue diagnosis or CT had been performed. If you are ever told your pet has months to live based on an ultrasound alone, please get a CT and a surgical consultation before making decisions you cannot undo. The diagnostic next steps available to my dog were the difference between two months and what is looking like a much longer runway. Front desk and technical staff were professional and kind. I've been a long-term client at this practice and have spent thousands of dollars over the past caring for my dogs. Unfortunately, my most recent experience forced me to reflect on a pattern of care that now feels unnecessarily aggressive and financially driven. One of my dogs has a well-documented, chronic allergy-related ear condition and was treated for the same issue multiple times in the last year with good results. At the last visit, I was explicitly told that when this predictable flare occurred again, I could call for a medication refill. When the infection returned with identical symptoms, I did exactly that. I explained to the receptionist that I have a 4-month-old baby and my husband is out of town for the next few weeks, so I cannot spend 2-3 hours waiting at the vet for a routine recheck. Despite this, I was told an exam was required to rule out a ruptured eardrum--which felt exaggerated given this was clearly the same allergy flare we've dealt with before. A few basic screening questions from the doctor could have reasonably assessed whether this was truly a new concern, but the doctor never called me. After I specifically requested to speak with the doctor, I was told she was "too busy," and instead of receiving a call, I was sent a text message reiterating the refusal. This felt dismissive and avoidant rather than supportive. I was also told they would "work with me," but prior drop-off visits still involved long waits just to answer basic screening questions with a vet tech. Over time, I've increasingly felt persuaded into testing and services that may not have been necessary, but I gave this practice the benefit of the doubt and trusted their guidance. Looking back, this experience made it clear that communication, discretion, and collaboration are lacking, and care here feels more procedural than patient-centered. Found out later, she is not doing well I have to decide on the surgery on the same night. I decided with the family to let her go. They are going to do some tests on her, They X-ray and other tests. Overcharge me with the $8,000 plus exam. I'm still waiting for half my refund. read more

The team at WVC saved my dogs life. Imagine, 3:30am and you wake up your dog vomiting pieces of her Lambchop toy, she takes a shallow breath and slumps over. She's barely breathing and stiff, she groans when you try to touch her. The panic has already set in and I was an absolute mess trying to get her to respond to me. I start Dog CPR and get her to the vet within 15 minutes and I swear she died in my arms... They opened the front door and sprinted to me, grabbed her from my arms and ran back and started immediate care. I was an absolute wreck and of course not in a place to talk about payment. But it's an emergency case, and my dogs life was worth everything. I was notified quickly that she had a very slow heartbeat but she is alive, and it's time to talk treatment plans. I told them the $ I was comfortable with, and they truly made a miracle happen and performed a surgery within my budget and made sure 1) I was comfortable 2) my dog was comfortable. The team here really cares about your pets, I was even given my surgeons number and she sent wonderful photo updates of my dog. *****DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE*** My wife took our ten month old puppy over the weekend for treatment of an enlarging neck swelling over a two day period of time and a low grade fever. They would only see the puppy after an emergency cash payment of $189, which may be standard veterinary practice but surprising since they were staffed and did not need to call in additional people. After waiting they took our puppy into their back treatment area and they telephoned my wife with a charge estimate of more than $5500 for studies that they might need to do. Ultrasound, lab work , fine needle aspiration, cytology, CAT scan and anesthesia. Our understanding was that these are things that might need to be done but that's not how it works at Western Veterinary Center. They did the ultrasound and needle aspiration to look for infection and sent that off for culture. They did not look for bacteria under the microscope to tailor the appropriate antibiotic treatment or order a standard blood count to confirm signs of infection. Instead they performed an unnecessary CT scan under full anesthesia with endo-tracheal intubation. This procedure was charged at $2700 with an additional $900 anesthesia charge! This study provided no additional information in this clinical setting and subjected our puppy to the risks of anesthesia, intubation and radiation. The results were unlikely to change the treatment provided to our puppy and could have been done at a later date if needed. Dr Mineo who was in charge could not read the study, which was read days later by an off site radiologist. The cost of this study is outrageous compared to a human CAT scan which can be done on a much more sophisticated machine for 1/10th of the cost! After our puppy recovered from the anesthesia he was sent home on a broad spectrum antibiotic and the cultures didn't grow out anything after 5 days. We had to call for this information and a final diagnosis was not offered. A veterinarian is a professional who has ethical responsibilities to the public, and we feel completely abused by Dr Mineo. It's a nice looking veterinary care center with a friendly front desk staff, but don't be fooled. You are paying exorbitant prices for unnecessary tests and taking unnecessary risks with your pets. We posted this information here so that other people are not abused by Western Veterinary Center. I'm giving them one star below because our puppy survived. read more

One star -- I wish I could give zero. I brought my dog, Woodrow, to Western Veterinary Center for what should have been a routine X-ray after a minor GI issue. He was calm, happy, and alert when we arrived. What followed was a traumatic cascade of misjudgments that led to his rapid decline and, ultimately, his death. He was sedated without any real disclosure of risk, and when he was returned to me, he was in visible distress: panting uncontrollably, unable to walk, disoriented, and clearly unwell. I was told this was "normal" and sent home. Hours later, his condition worsened and I had to rush him back. He was placed on oxygen and given more sedatives, and I was billed over $1,300 on top of the $1,200 I'd already paid that same day. I was told the ER and general practice were "separate businesses," an absurd deflection considering I never left the building. Multiple staff members admitted mistakes were made, that not enough/the wrong sedation was used, and that he should never have been discharged in that condition. Despite all this, the clinic refuses to offer a meaningful refund, instead blaming Woodrow's decline on a "preexisting condition." I trusted them, and that trust was not only broken. It cost Woodrow his health and ultimately his life. He never bounced back. He died shortly after. Please do research when choosing a vet. Practices backed by private equity (PE), such as this one, can prioritize volume and profit over careful, individualized care. Sadly, this was the case for us. read more

I was taken to the back with my cat, actually glad I could go back as there are no more vets allowing this since Covid. By the time they finally saw her, her back legs had stopped working--and to this day, she still can't use them. Had a great experience here with our two dogs who we thought ate turkey bones. We actually left a more local ER because they were really disorganized and told us they might not be able to see my dogs. Called WVC and they said they'd see us. We got a room immediately l. The techs and Dr T were all so nice and patient with our skiddish 2yo dog and our 6yo pitty mix who does not like being at the vet. After the Dr assessed them we only had to induce vomiting in one and they didn't charge us for seeing the other dog and I felt the charge we did get was very responsible. Unfortunately we have had other experiences over the years with other dogs with health issues and so lots of er vet experiences and honestly WVC was one of the best run and most reasonable er vet experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff is amazing here. No one wants a sick animal -- and more no one wants to pay the bill associated with a sick animal. It's a lose lose situation. What factors can be controlled are customer service and comfort all of which this place provided. I feel like the progression of care was fair and recommendations on treatment were reasonable. The doctor was informative and knowledgeable. They have complimentary refreshments and some that you can purchase if you're in a pinch. The facility itself was clean and very nice and updated. The rooms have comfy chairs that you can use while you wait for results and studies. Overall the experience and service were great and the price is as expected for emergency services. read more

I am so disappointed in this place. The staff was nice, but they misdiagnosed two times, I bought a bunch of medicines, half I didn't need. Aside from all of that, there prices are very high and not realistic for the average pet owner. I asked for a refund and there solution was to keep my dog overnight and treat her with medication and hydration. I did agree to that thinking that my dog would have a better outcome, this was before I knew that the second diagnoses was wrong. I picked her up the next day only for her to still be in pain and not be eating. I went to my regular vet after the weekend, and they pinpointed the issue and gave her proper meds, and she is bouncing back. It's unfortunate because the place is nice and the staff wasn't bad but, doesn't seem like the doctors have it figured out as far as diagnosing and treatment. read more

I used to be a Vet Tech and went to vet school, so I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I usually go to Conejo for my pets' emergencies, but they were full, so I decided to try Western. I was very pleasantly surprised at my experience here; they exceeded my expectations. Sadly, it was time for my 17 year old dog to cross the rainbow bridge. This was the hardest decision of my life. My first visit was with the daytime vet and vet techs. They were fantastic. The vet tech went above and beyond, carrying my worried, stressed, and sick dog around in her arms to comfort her during her exam and treatment. I really liked the Dr; the treatment plan was on point, she was a great communicator, and showed great care for my girl. I took my girl home after treatment and unfortunately she took another turn for the worse, and I brought her back a few hours later. Now I was working with the night vet and vet techs. They went above and beyond. They were so quick with their triage and caring for her. They were beyond compassionate and supportive as I weighed our options and made the difficult decision to say goodbye. I fell apart, and they were so, so kind. They also showed my girl so much love and were so gentle. They created a calm, comfortable space for us to share our last moments together. From the front desk ladies to the Dr's to the vet techs- THANK YOU. Although completely heartbreaking, I couldn't have asked for for a better experience. I brought my dog in for an emergency visit today, called on my way over and told under 2 hours. When I arrived 15 minutes later to check in, I gave them my name & they asked me to wait. They then sent me a text that said 6 hour wait and when I asked the front desk, she mentioned I could go somewhere else if I wanted. The whole thing felt like a less than professional attempt to decline service. I even had a friend call 30 minutes later and she was told 2 hours. At no point did they triage or check my dog out in the *empty empty* waiting room. Everything in me understood this as retaliation and declining of treatment after I filed a complaint following my dog's last visit. I wish they had acted with more integrity- as they didn't even follow proper protocol for emergency patients revealing the lack of concern entirely. Disappointed with my experience at Western Veterinary Center. My dog recently suffered a stroke, and while the doctor was compassionate and communicative during the consultation--and once I finally received a call back--the overall experience was frustratingly disorganized and lacking in follow-through. During my consultation, I appreciated the doctor's bedside manner and the way they explained things. However, I wasn't able to get all my questions answered at the time and was told I would receive a follow-up call regarding my dogs bloodwork and a text by the next morning to answer my remaining questions (can I hold my dog if she has a stroke? What are the signs I need to look for that warrant another trip back to the vet?) I never got the text. The call didn't come until after 8 p.m. I was also assured I'd receive a typed-out regimen of the five prescribed medications so I could administer them properly. Two days, four phone calls, and two emails later, I'm still waiting. Since I haven't been working, I let them know I'd be purchasing the medications elsewhere. My pharmacy faxed them twice over three days, but Western Veterinary Center never sent over the prescription, which consequently would have postponed giving her the required medicine for six days. I would have purchased the medications directly from WVC, but it was twice the cost. At this point, I'm not sure if this was due to disorganization or simply being dismissed after I declined most of the recommended services due to cost (4$K estimate). Either way, it was incredibly frustrating. When your dog has suffered a stroke, the last thing you should be dealing with is chasing down phone calls, medication instructions, and prescriptions, especially when the first 72 hours are most critical. Yes, my dog has multiple health issues--she's almost 17 years old--but my goal is to keep her comfortable. While the doctor was thoughtful in our conversations, I wasn't given much guidance beyond that, leaving me feeling unsupported when I needed help the most. I don't expect miracles, but I do expect basic organization, follow-through on promises, and timely communication--which, unfortunately, was lacking in my experience here. read more

If I could leave negative review I would. We started going to Western Veterinary Center about a year ago when my elderly cat started having kidney issues. We love Dr. Gerards and she has always been great with our cat. That being said, this past emergency visit with our cat has made us move our business elsewhere. To start, their costs are out of this world (even though this was a weekend visit and required an overnight stay). Their doctors only called us for updates when we called first instead of the promised 11am and 7pm daily updates. I get they are busy and have emergencies that come in, but us having to wait four hours later for an update and us having to call to get one is ridiculous. They also failed to properly diagnose our cat until she was being discharged and "forgot" to give her needed (and paid for) ivs and antibiotics. We spent over $5,000 and would expect her to be thoroughly looked over immediately after being admitted into the hospital. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere that actually cares about your pet. read more

They saved my rabbit's life. Surprisingly, the second largest city in America has a shortage of rabbit vets and facilities. After calling just about every vet in the Southern California area and getting turned down, we were at a loss and our rabbit was getting sicker and sicker. Finally we found Western Veterinary Center. We called and they were hesitant to take our case, only because it seemed more than what they were capable of (busy ER that night, not really having a specific exotic vet), but they agreed to have us come in and at least try...which is more than I can say about around a dozen vets in the area. When we arrived, the place didn't look like your normal vet office...I would have guessed Beverly Hills plastic surgeon's office. I don't mean that in a bad way, it looked fancy...it was nice and clean, not like any of the other vets I've been to. This was probably nicer than some human doctor's offices and facilities I've been to. Since we called ahead, the staff was expecting us and once we checked in, they hopped right into action. They were so kind and caring from the get go. Since our sick rabbit was part of a trio, we had to bring the other two bunnies with us and they were kind and caring with them as well. After not that long of a wait, the doctor on call, Dr. Ohm, came and talked to us. He was the first vet that weekend to finally allay our anxiety. He explained a new treatment method they've tried with other rabbits who have come into the ER with GI statis and wanted to try it with our bunny. He also discovered a possible other condition our other vets have missed. Our situation went from dire to manageable. We had to wait another 2 hours unfortunately for our rabbit to be discharged because a stream of other, emergency patients came in which we totally understood was a priority. That was another stressful situation, the waiting, but the staff made sure to keep us informed at all times and comfortable. I don't recommend spending 4 hours in an ER, but if you do, this might be the place to do it. When we got discharged, they gave us everything needed to go home...the medicine, the instructions, and some kind words of support. When we got home, our rabbit ate on her own for the first time in 3 days. The treatment worked and it's one we probably wouldn't have gotten from other (even more experienced) rabbit vets. So thank you to the staff of Western Vet Center...we didn't know this place existed before last week, but we're glad we do now. read more

Did not have a good experience. My dog had an ear infection, $10,000 later... Multiple appointments, labs, cultures, exams, prescriptions, etc over 3 months. Never left an appointment without paying over $1000. Last Dr we saw was Mineo, who recommended surgery to remove part of my 10yo dog's ear. Fortunately I was able to S/W the surgeon who agreed that was too aggressive and suggested a different osteopathic medication that cleared it up right away. This office is geared to extract as much money as it can from the pet owner. I am actually well off...but I pity the average person, who loves their pet and would do anything for them, that takes their pet to this facility. This is the first review I have ever written about anything...that's how strongly I feel. read more

The doctor in the ER at Western veterinarian Hospital wanted to put our cat down after we arrived at 4:30 and at 10:30 at night they recommended putting our fur child down. They completely traumatized our cat. We said no to putting him down and thank God we did! Our cat is thriving, eating, interacting with us, and continues to be our beloved family member. Please do not go to this hospital because they do not care about the trauma they caused to the animals while they're waiting services nor do they care about the trauma that they caused to the animal owners. I don't typically write reviews but considering the questions 1. " how would you rate your experience?" 2. "What could improve?" LISTEN TO THE OWNERS CONCERNS AND ADDRESS THOSE CONCERNS! My 5 y/o female overweight Havanese is prone to UTI, and has been treated 3X within the 5yrs. Her primary veterinarian (PV) is in Southgate, but we now reside in Agoura Hills. I knew she had a UTI (urinating or attempting to empty her bladder frequently). I went to WVC ON A 30min break (WFH) with an empty Rx container from her PV) . I explained at arrival I was on a 30min break, but understood they could not guarantee the visit would only be 30 minutes. The technician came to the exam room 20 to 30 minutes from the time I was checked in and placed in the room. The technician asked Hx & Physical questions (as expected). I explained she had a UTI and provided an empty antibiotic medication container, advising it had worked previously. Also, I carried her into the office to prevent her from releasing her bladder to ensure they could collect urine for a UA, the technician replied, "good!" She takes the dog to the back and I assumed the veterinarian would collect urine for a UA. The vet comes to the room and proceeds to tell me about her weight., suggesting I consider a prescribed diet... I said "I'm not here for her weight and I know that she's overweight. She has a UTI and needs Antibiotics. The doctor begins to tell me how antibiotics work and over time...blah, blah, blah! ... some antibiotics don't work so she wouldn't just prescribe the antibiotics (understandable). I say OK I'm not gonna pay for surgery. I will pay for a UA and my budget for this visit is $200. I just need to get her treated. She's not in any discomfort, but I know that she has a UTI. The Dr leaves the room a staff person returns to discuss the recommendations, and expected cost! In the meantime my dog is in the back, I did not witness her examine my dog in the examination room. (Where I waited) Bottom line the cost would be an estimated $400. She's here for a UTI she needs antibiotic. They did NOTHING! The urinalysis cost was about $100+ additional cost to collect her urine. And I could wait or come back for the results! Make it make sense to place a droplet of urine under their microscope... needless to say, I called her primary veterinarian who advised that I could order the medication on Chewy.com and he would approve it! I paid maybe $50 and purchased supplements. Attached is the bill & receipt for the EXAM! Which does NOT INDICATE DETAILS OF THE EXAM OR THE SUGGESTED RECOMMENDATION!! THEY WEREN'T CONCERNED ABOUT THE HEALTH OF MY LOVE ONE! My fur baby is on antibiotic and is doing well! Even if you have an unlimited resources to care fir your fur-babies doesn't mean you should be charged! Quality care should NOT BE DETERMINED BY COST! I feel I should be refunded! read more

This is literally the worst animal hospital I have ever been to!! Stay away! With my first cat I had to bring here - they made us wait hours for check ins and visitations, then on discharge they called and said she was ready for pick up. Three hours later, she still wasn't ready. I then left and said call when she is ready - they then called 5 minutes later and said she was ready. I turned around and it was another hour and a half until she was brought out. I now tried again - waited 2.5 hours as my cat was meant to have a quick scan. After constantly asking what was happening they then came and said he was uncooperative and they would send home sedation meds and to bring him back. Approx 2 1/2 weeks ago, on a Saturday night, our 105lb Doberman came down with bloat. This is always fatal unless you catch it early and you are able to find a competent surgeon. Dr Rick Garcia saved his life. Dr Garcia is an incredible surgeon as well as a great person. About a week later, our pup, Newman, became seriously sick and Dr Garcia admitted him and tests revealed pancreatitis, which can be serious. Newman was in ICU for an extended period in which the incredible Critical Care Drs (and techs) treated him with great care and love, releasing him to us in great condition. He is eating again and very happy. There is no place like Western Veterinary Center. There are no surgeons like Dr Garcia and the ICU Drs. The techs and support staff are professional and caring. Newman is only 7 years old and we hope to have him much longer. read more

I came in around 11am on a Sunday with my dog, who had an eye ulcer. I expected a bit of a wait -- it's an emergency clinic -- but the way everything was handled was extremely frustrating. We were taken to a room quickly, but then sat there for almost an hour before a tech came in to take my dog. Another full hour passed before a vet finally came in just to say they'd need to do an eye stain and that we should come back later. No updates, no urgency -- just wait after wait. They called at 3pm saying my dog was ready. I came back right away and still had to wait another 45 minutes in the lobby just to pick him up. No communication, no acknowledgment of the delay -- and by this point, we'd been dealing with this place for over 4 hours. The worst part? The prescription was wrong. I sent the post-care instructions to a vet friend who immediately spotted the issue. He actually had to call the hospital himself, and only then did they contact me to correct the script. I get that emergencies are hectic. But between the long waits, poor communication, and a serious medication error, I left feeling like my dog was not in good hands. I won't be coming back. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have the audacity to deny medication (my dogs heart medication) and dog food because the Dr. that saw my dog is no longer with them, (not my problem or my dogs) Dr. GERARDS won't fill the medication because she has not seen my dog. I dropped thousands and thousands of dollars with these crooks for a diagnosis, and she can't look at my dogs' chart? Save yourselves the money and headaches and do not take your animals here because they have proved to not care about animals!!!!! Why am I not surprised they are 3.5 stars? I should have wrote this review months ago, to save other pet mom and dad's from unnecessary anguish. My husband and I took our dog for a 2nd option on a prior ACL surgery. We weren't sure it was healing properly. We saw Dr. Garcia, he seemed nice enough. He took X-rays and examined her and told us that she needed a meniscus surgery, and he wanted to do immediately. Plus the possibility of another surgery after that. Now we were starting to question what was right and what was wrong. We went back to the original Vet, who showed us that it was indeed the correct surgery and that some dogs need more time than others to recover. It has now been 9 months and she is back to her old self. We were also told by a friend that he had had the exact same experience with Dr. Garcia...EXACTLY. I urge anyone reading this NOT to go to Western Veterinary for any reason. read more

WARNING!!!! If I could give MINUS stars I would This "emergency clinic" is Not anything more than a money grubbing business, NOT an Emergency clinic. I took my cat in because the was vomiting 3 times in the space of a half hour after receiving her insulin 7 hours prior. I thought it was DKA and expressed that as soon as I got there around 5am. The receptionist Heather smiled and gave me water, charged my credit card $880+ as a deposit, while the vet with a bedside manner like a litterbox came in, took information and then left for an hour. He came back to tell me he was leaving and some other vet would handle my cat. My cat was NOT treated, but given tests that were WAY off according to the vet I took her to when I left THIS joke of a clinic after 3 hours of NO communication. Another vet came in to calm me after my having to go to the front desk to find out What was happening. She taped our conversation. She told me she would get an Estimate on my leaving my cat overnight. WHY would I Leave my cat with them after they displayed NO concern, telling me they were very busy. Their Estimate was upwards of $6,000 and I left there TERRIFIED with an appointment I made with a Wonderful cat vet in Ventura while I was waiting for Western Veterinary Center's Estimate in their exam room. They Also forgot to give my cat a Nausea injection and then remembered, telling me my cat would return to me after they gave her that shot. DKA can kill a cat and This clinic was more interested in draining my bank account than helping my cat. The vet I drove 30 miles to see in Ventura handled my cat with love, care and my bill was less than $500 AND I received meds to take home WITH MY CAT and explanations as to her condition. I called Western Veterinary Center for a Refund, since their tests were incorrect also and Heather said she would discuss it with her "partner". I NEVER got a call and truthfully I don't want it, because it might look like they Bought my silence. Good luck if You decide to try this "emergency clinic" out. They replaced the Mattress location in Agoura Hills and I doubt they'll be around long. read more

Im giving a 2 star to this place ! Uts overrated and overpriced ! It was a weeked and my dog wasnt feeling well sneezing all day really hard i got scared and took him to this place since it was a weekend i couldnt see our regular vet! I called they had no wait time and i drove there from calabasas ! Service was nice doctor was nice too But..... After looking at the puppy they assumed that there is maybe smtg in his nose but they werent sure and they suggested this whole procedure of 1500$ and poor puppy had to be sedated and with tools they had to go deep in his nose supper painful and uncomfortable! I didnt feel like im in the right place ! So i paid 185$ for pretty much ntg and left with lots of anexiety ! I told them literally you guys charged me for ntg cuz you could t figure really out whats going kb with my puppy there like yeah its for doctors time you got charged ! Any way long story short i slept with lots of anexity seeing my pup suffering sneezing anf hitting his head hard on the floor and he was supper weak ! I went to his regular vet next day , Vet looked at pup and she touched his lymph nodes and said puppy is sick he needs antibiotics and she gave him an antibiotic shot after 2 days my puppy fully recovered! I asked her but ither place mentioned smtg is in nose she said i dont think so he would of had bleeding or discharge if anything in his nose !
