I am deeply disappointed by this clinic, not because of the medical care itself, but because of what happened when my dog needed specialty surgery. We were referred to Access in Woodland Hills without any meaningful warning about what that experience would be like. At no point were we told that Access requires full payment up front, offers no flexibility, or operates in a way that prioritizes financial compliance over humane communication. Had we known this in advance, we would have asked for other referral options. What was most upsetting is that when we later experienced dismissive and coercive treatment at Access, it became clear that this was not an anomaly. Many independent specialty clinics do offer payment plans, transparent conversations, or at least respectful explanations of alternatives. None of that context was shared with us before the referral. A referring veterinarian has a responsibility to do more than simply hand off a case. Referrals should include guidance, informed consent, and a clear picture of what a client is walking into, especially when the situation is urgent and emotionally charged. By sending us to Access in Woodland Hills without preparation or options, this clinic put us in an unnecessarily distressing situation at one of the most vulnerable moments a pet owner can experience. My wife brought our dog, Keziah, in because she was lethargic and not feeling well. Shortly after arriving, the veterinarian appeared more focused on my wife's ring and purse than on our dog. They took poor-quality, blurry X-rays immediately after Keziah had eaten and then abruptly told my wife: "She has an obstruction and needs emergency surgery immediately or she will die." They quoted $10,000 for the surgery. My wife was understandably terrified and called me in a panic. I told her we needed to pause and pray and trust God, because this did not make sense. A second doctor then entered the room and spoke to my wife in a condescending and dismissive tone, stating: "Not everyone can afford $10,000, and we don't look at you differently." This was said without compassion and felt completely inappropriate. They then pressured my wife into signing a liability release, stating that we were "going against doctor's orders," essentially attempting to shield themselves legally while continuing to pressure us. Their emergency/urgent care page presents the clinic as able to handle urgent veterinary issues, and I called before coming in with a cat who had severe diarrhea and a stool sample. At no point on the phone was I clearly told that they would not be able to run stool testing on site that day and that any fecal testing would instead be sent out. Because that was not clearly disclosed, I drove in expecting a more complete urgent-care evaluation. Instead, I was charged about $400, sent home with products and medication, and did not receive the level of immediate diagnostic clarity I reasonably expected from an urgent-care visit. In my experience, the visit was not transparent about the clinic's Sunday diagnostic limitations. If a clinic advertises urgent care, clients should be clearly told in advance when important testing cannot be performed on site and results will be delayed. I brought my puppy to this clinic for an exam and X-rays and had a very upsetting experience. The staff was condescending, and the vet told me my puppy had a "possible obstruction" and urgently needed a $10,000 surgery. They repeatedly asked if money was an issue and pressured me to sign an AMA form and one lady kept informing me my puppy would die without this surgery. When I declined the surgery, I received a call shortly after from the clinic offering to do the surgery for $3,500, which was very concerning and felt like a high-pressure tactic. The phone call ended abruptly when I declined. I took my puppy to another licensed veterinarian for a second opinion. They reviewed the X-rays and said the images were poor quality and unclear, and they did not see anything that would justify cutting my puppy open or recommending emergency surgery. My puppy was fine and did not need surgery. I feel taken advantage of and deeply disappointed in the fear-based approach and the drastic change in pricing. The constant switching of vets when a cat is diabetic is not okay. The vets do not agree and tell me completely different things then just shrug when I tell them the last vet we saw said the complete opposite. The technician was able to get the needle in her arm into the vein, she just couldn't draw blood. MY DOG IS DEAD A couple of days ago my dog Lily seemed to be having some throat issues. Yesterday I called Conejo Valley and they told me that Lily could come in under urgent care and so I brought her in right away. They only had a traveling vet on call. Dr Anderson, so that is who we saw. Dr Anderson seemed kind and competent. She examined Lily and told me that it was most likely Bordatella as Lily had been kenneled briefly a month and a half earlier. I wondered why it would take so long to show up and told her that it seemed like it might be something more serious than just bordatella as Lilly seemed to be having breathing issues. The doctor assured me that it was bordatella She prescribed hydrocodone to keep the coughing down at night she said she didn't like to prescribe antibiotics right off the bat. I trust what a vet tells me, even if my observation of what is going on is different. They are a vet. I am not a vet. She told me to take a wait and see attitude and that it should clear up within 14 days. She mentioned that Lily had a mild heart murmur and I noted that she had been diagnosed with this some time ago, that it was in her chart and that I had been told it was nothing to worry about. Lily had had scans every three months for the past year. I picked up the hydrocodone, paid $229.28 and left. Lil wasn't coughing in the vet's office nor was she showing signs of distress. The vet did not mention ANYTHING ELSE as a possible cause of Lily's illness. NOTHING. Just bordatella or maybe a bacterial infection. By the evening the strangling sound and breathing issues were back so I gave Lily the recommended dose of the medicine and settled in for the night. The medicine relaxed her and the breathing slowed a bit, but Lily was restless all night. By morning she was panting rapidly. A clear sign of distress. At that point I was pretty sure the vet was wrong and that this was NOT bordatella or a virus. As the vet had mentioned a bacterial infection being a possibility, and that antibiotics would help, I called the vet's office For the antibiotics. The desk person told me that they "could refer me to an emergency vet." Confused, I asked "why I would go into an emergency vet?" I told her that, " this wasn't a broken leg and that since they, my actual vet were open for business, they had just seen my dog and THEY had diagnosed my dog's condition as being non emergency, I just wanted to get the prescription for the antibiotics as yesterday's vet suggested or I wanted to come in to them, MY NORMAL VET and follow up." She told me that they would call me back. In the next hour my beloved Lily suddenly had a seizure and died violently with me holding her in my arms. I called the vet back and informed the desk person that Lily had just died. She told me that their customer relations manager would call me back in a bit. This is when the unmitigated horror came in. Withing the next hour, Rebecca, the "customer relations manager" called me to follow up. In my opion...Rebecca should not be let anywhere near clients who are grieving. She was horiffic in what she said to me. Rebecca started out by saying that she was sorry that I had lost my dog, but then immediately launched straight into what she was really calling about. How it was not the vet's fault in any way. Not the practice's fault in any way. In fact my dog's death, the dog that I loved dearly had died because of me. That was the upshot of what she was telling me. She went on to weaponize everything that I had ever said in regards to Lily's health....going back years. My dog had been dead for less than an hour..... She then told me that I had declined a heart scan. WHAT? No heart scan was offered. I was told the dog had bordatella and a KNOWN heart murmur. What WAS said, that if things didn't clear up IN A FEW DAYS, the doctor would prescribe antibiotics. Rebecca went on to blather that in earlier years I had declined other scans. Other scans that were never offered, despite what the doctor's notes said. Had something been RECOMMENDED? I would have done it. A year or two ago Lily was bitten by a rattlesnake. She spent 6 days in the ICU with this vet practice. I did EVERYTHING the vets recommended. It cost me over $6500. So it's not like I'm cheap. Even back then they tried to charge me for things that never happened, and had to remove the charges when I pointed out the obvious discrepancies. I finally told Rebecca that "I got it." " She was there ONLY to protect the company, that my dog's death was an inconvenience and a liablility to them." She kept on saying condescendingly, "maybe we should talk later" There was NEVER, not even for a second, one SHRED of kindness, understanding or sympathy in her tone. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE- they claim they have resolved this with me and they haven't! We brought in our 4 month old kitten last Saturday for an emergency visit as our cat was sick and this was the only emergency vet that we knew of in our area. After being brought in later than we were expecting, the doctor asked if we had any plants in the house or idea why this could be happening. We said we did have plants but none are toxic and would cause the symptoms our cat was having, nor did she have any contact or even access to them. She asked if she had used the restroom, and we explained we believe so but couldn't go into specifics about that since we also have another cat and they like to use each others boxes. This vet latched onto the idea that there were lilies and those are highly toxic so thats why she's ill or she has a blockage.WE DONT HAVE LILIES HERE and our cat didn't show any symptoms to indicate a blockage. Regardless the vet told us we needed to do a blood test, ultrasound and x-rays. We discussed the costs of everything with a very compassionate tech and decided to start with blood work and ultrasounds as those would rule out the most. She then quickly comes back in to tell us "your cat has never had the feline aids test, we need to do that". Here is where we should have know we were being scammed, as our cat is from a shelter and nearly all do those tests before adoption. We were clearly panicked and worried pet parents and had she calmly asked us to check the shelter records we wouldn't have wasted $136 on an unnecessary test. Tests came back and our cat had an infection and the ultrasounds were clear so we were told we needed to do the x-rays, but again no symptoms to indicate needing such. An hour later we get called back in and the vet very gravely asks if our 4 month old spayed, fully indoor kitten could be pregnant. We said absolutely not for those reasons. She then gets very serious and says "ok this confirms that Piper has a pyometra" which is an infection of the uterus. We were told she needed emergency surgery that very day. The vet said we needed to bring Piper to a different facility in agoura right away and that all of her records and tests had already been sent over. We were not told that we could go to any other vet clinic or even shown the actual images that this vet alleges show an infection. We were in shock as to how this could happen and asked several times to confirm and every single time, this vet insisted it was the result of a poorly done spay procedure by the shelter because they tend to "cut corners". But again insisted it was their fault. We paid the very expensive bill and rushed to the surgery center. After an interesting experience there to which an emergency vet was unfortunately not available, we ended up rushing our cat to a third vet in Simi to have this emergency surgery done. After Conejo's major failure in sending the actual radiological images to the vet in Simi this third vet was forced to proceed with an emergency surgery based on the radiological report from Conejo as a pyo is a deadly diagnosis and demands resolution that same day. After her surgery was completed we found out that our cat had no uterus therefore no infection of the uterus is even possible, and on top of that, her spay procedure was clean and not a single sign of infection there. I called Conejo to rectify this clearly WRONG DIAGNOSIS as it resulted in an unneeded surgery, complicating our cat's recovery, and in us having to spending over $5000 in just medical bills that day. I was told I needed to speak with Rebecca to resolve this, and after several hours attempts to follow up after she never called, I found out that she was more concerned with her new employee interviews than resolving this major misdoing on their part. Rebecca finally called me back, spoke to me like a child, consistently cut me off and truly has no compassion or consideration for the issue. After arguing for far too long we agreed to a callback the following Monday after she could review everything. I agreed to wait for a call back until then, however I received some updates from the other vets involved so I called her to give her updates and yet again was met with a terrible tone. She continued to speak over me, cop a tone and speak down to me. I told her that we do still ultimately want financial resolution due to the immense costs we incurred from their misdiagnosis and her response was that they did not do anything wrong and will not refund us anything. She kept saying the images were reviewed by a different company so they won't take responsibility or get this "other" company to do so either. They frankly don't care about your pets or you and if you try to work it out with them outside of courts, GOOD LUCK, cause Rebecca will speak to you like garbage. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. read more

I would not recommend this hospital for animal care, unless it is a TRUE animal emergency and you're in the area. Otherwise, I highly recommend Access Animal Urgent Care. I brought our pet bunny, who is more like a dog than he is a rabbit (Snowball) for an eye infection and face abscess which I've learned is actually very common for white bunnies. The weight for me to been took 4 hours. They took Snowball back for triage after about 1 hour. When it was my turn, they took me to a private room and presented two payment options. One for $550 and one for $880. They were kind enough to let me return home to grab my card. Before leaving they stated snowball isn't doing well and that they see tooth decay, respiratory infection, weak organs and serious dehydration. I said that's strange? As they had JUST one hour prior reported him doing well., and, that he has healthy organs and no teeth decay. Or not a significant amount at least. The doctor stated he checked with the other doctor who said he believed snowball is 6 not 2 and that if I can't afford the 15k surgery the best thing to do would be to put him down and that I can sit with him as long as I like before. I left to think. I had not anticipated this being what was to occur that day, and had not warned my family. Additionally, our five year old is incredibly attached to snowball and I would have liked to warn her. Plus, snowball had just been playing and happily hopping around the house hours before we took him in. It didn't make sense That I was being told he would need to be put down. When I came back, I immediately asked to see snowball. They brought him out. He looked terrible. He did not look happy. I could tell he had not been treated well. From all four legs shaved, to multiple pokes and bleeding all over his ankles from them trying to get a catheter in him. He had a cone that did not fit him and his wound on the abscess had not been wrapped and was dried up and not cared for. They did not provide him any ointment for his eyes...which were red and causing discomfort. Hence, why I brought him in to begin with. He had been left like that for 8+ hours while I sat in the patient waiting room. I called snowball's dad on FaceTime who was out of town at the time and who encouraged me to get him out of there. Asap. I asked the nurse for the eye drops and for pain medication and said I would be taking snowball home to decide on if he should be put down but that I do not want to make the decision now. He's a good boy. And we love him. And it didn't feel right. She checked with the doctor who stated " he's suffered this long, so why not?" She administered his drops and and got the rx list. I held him waiting to pay. While waiting I looked down at Snowball. He was butchered to death. Between multiple failed pokes in a failed attempt to get him on a catheter., to a cone that did not fit him, and bandaged wrapped so tight around all four shaved ankles that his circulation could not get through. I honestly believe they messed up and wanted to cover it up by how he looked. I did not for one second believe that he was taken care of properly that day. Upon the return to our destination home, since we did not have hay for the hotel, snowball happily hopped to his water bowl and drank an entire bowl of water and ate almost 1 on of cilantro and pellets. He had not been fed the entire day. Or properly given fluids. They did not administer him emergency care nutrients or anything of the sort. Exotic pets need that. I went in for eye drops and abscess drainage... what I got is a 15k estimate and ultimatum that if I can't pay 15k that the best course of action is to immediately put him down. Additionally, I also got the sense that the people there do not actually like animals. Snowball is our family, and brings a lot of love and happiness to our home. I felt like they treated him like garbage. And I don't say that lightly. read more

Update to comment: their response to our comment says a lot about their business conduct. Mix and matching times of phone calls is not helpful for them either. To be clear you did not offer that we bring in Jupiter until after we insisted to know the name of the doctor for reporting to the Board as I indicated in my original comment. I hope the Board resolves the unprofessional conduct. We will report back once we know the result of our complaint to the veterinary board. BE AWARE. READ THIS BEFORE TAKING YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!! These people don't care at all and we are reporting to the veterinary medical board as we leave this review. We called them at 4 pm on a Saturday informing them that our dog who is a patient at their facility had 4 back to back seizures. His neurologist (a VCA specialist) said that we should take him to the general vet to check vitals and stabilize him immediately. The facility is open until 6 pm on Saturdays. We were trying to get our dog to the car, which is pretty challenging after 4 seizures!!! We were heading out the door at 4:50 when we received a call from the office saying that they cannot visit our dog anymore!!! We told them that we were going to get there in 5-10 minutes still an hour before their day ends. They refused! Once we called back to ask for the doctor's name to report them to the board, they said they can visit our dog if we bring him in by 5:15!!! We are taking our dog to a different vet as we are on the phone with his neurologist. But certainly don't trust these people with your pet! They do not care whatsoever! We will report back on this review once we know the result of our complaint to the board for Dr. Besharat (that's the name of the doctor we have been told by the facility manager, Diana, who refused to see our dog) read more

Update: It has been about three weeks since Banana was seen. He is completely better, full of energy, and eating again. I couldn't thank everyone enough for helping my baby. You guys are the best! My boyfriend and I took our leopard gecko here on Sunday night and had a phenomenal experience. Due to COVID-19, we had to wait in the car but it wasn't a big deal at all. Once they checked him out, they allowed us both into the exam room to explain what was going on and demonstrated how to give him his medications. I wish I remembered the name of the girl talking to us, I think she may have been one of the techs. She was extremely knowledgeable about reptiles! read more

We learned the hard way today that our dog is deathly allergic to bee stings. She was acting off, kind of collapsed and wouldn't get up. We knew something was wrong and our normal vet was closed. So we looked up on google and landed on this place. We are so glad we did. They took us in right away. When we spoke to the nurses about three minutes after having arrived and told them what we had experienced, they immediately thought that it was likely an allergic reaction to a bee sting. They took her to a room and examined her and found the bee's stinger and venom sack and determined she was going into anaphylactic shock. This hospital saved our girls's life. Everyone in the hospital is amazing from the front desk, to the nurses (especially Rebecca who kept us continuously informed and was so sweet to us), to the doctors. They are all extremely kind and compassionate and acted very quickly even though we did not have an appointment and had never been to this hospital before. We can't thank them enough. read more

Boy oh boy, what a difference two years can make since my last review (which was for the boarding). And what a difference 20 years can make. I started with CVVH in 2003 when they were still in a small dwelling where the parking lot was always packed, there were at least 7-10 doctors available at all times, and loads of support staff, and NO MATTER WHAT, I COULD ALWAYS GET AN APPT. Fast forward some years, they moved into a larger facility and added grooming, daycare, and overnight boarding to the clinic and 24/7 hospital. Everything was fine. I was now bringing two furry babies to CVVH, and I even started boarding them there. Then Covid and the pandemic hit. I don't know if the ensuing problems are due to this or if it's just a timing factor. Regardless, for awhile, I thought (and they said) it was pandemic related, but they now need to stop using that as an excuse. The pandemic may be over, but their problems are looming extremely large. ALL of the veterinarians (that I knew) have abandoned this practice, and I just learned that today BECAUSE I happened to call. Unless I call and ask questions, nobody says a word, and I find that extremely unprofessional and insulting. So here is what I know... 1) The 24/7 animal hospital is NO LONGER. I believe they still do surgeries, but the animals can no longer stay overnight. They have to be moved to a 24 hour facility, and I believe there is only 1 in a 20 mile radius, and the one closest is not very highly (Yelp) rated. Doesn't exactly instill confidence. 2) None of the founding veterinarians or even recent hires are still there, and while I don't have exact numbers, I guarantee they no longer have 7-10 full time doctors. I don't even know if they have ANY full time doctors. I say this because I can never get an appt., and even more frightening, is that I have to bring my dog for TWICE weekly fluid treatments, and MOST, IF NOT ALL of the examining rooms are DARK every single time we are there. There is rarely anyone in the waiting room, and if they are, it's to pick up a pet who had some kind of medical procedure. It begs the question... WHERE ARE THE VETERINARIANS? They aren't seeing patients. Another question.... WHY CAN'T I EVER GET AN APPT.? EVER. I'm constantly being referred OUT of their facility, and I'm being told they are "FULLY BOOKED." I call B.S. because they are ALWAYS EMPTY in the afternoon. WHERE ARE THE DOCTORS? As it is, when we bring our dog for treatments, it's with a tech... not a doctor. We haven't seen a doctor since June. So I called today to speak to a doctor because my other dog has diarrhea. I wanted to get anti-diarrheal medication. I was told that because none of the doctors who treated my dogs were employed there anymore, the new one "required" an appt. just for the medicine I've clearly ordered before. I resisted but then asked to be seen today since we would be there anyway with my other dog. She said, NO because they were booked. So when my husband appeared today, I told him to ONCE AGAIN look at the examining rooms. Sure enough... empty and dark. Nobody was in the waiting area either. So not only did they want to charge me UNNECESSARILY for an appt. I don't really need, they were going to inconvenience me to come another day because something HORRIBLE is going on in that place, and NOBODY IS TELLING THE TRUTH. But it doesn't end there. The boarding. I was recently advised that my dogs would no longer be able to board with them because they were hitting the 15 year old limit, and they NO LONGER have people staying on the premises overnight LIKE THEY USED TO, and it might become a liability for older dogs. Okay, I get that, but she followed it with... "NORMALLY, we would have your dogs stay in the 24/7 animal hospital portion overnight as a precaution, BUT SINCE THAT IS NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE, we have no recommendations as to what you can do." I'm in a huge pickle now because we don't want total strangers staying in our home or caring for our dogs, and most other facilities don't take them that old, but the ones that DO take them have some other major flaws that I don't like or don't want my dogs to deal with. We have NOWHERE TO PLACE THEM as of this writing, and I've searched in two separate counties and many different facilities. The bottom line is that CVVH has become a mere shell of itself, a ghost town, and I honestly don't even know how they can keep their doors open. I have no idea how many veterinarians they actually have, and I seriously doubt he/she/they are full time. I am disgusted and disheartened, and now that I know that the few doctors I did use are gone, I think it's time for me to go elsewhere. This staff has gone above and beyond for me and my animals on multiple occasions. They are incredibly compassionate, and they are so loving with my pets. They don't make you sit around and wait when you have an appointment. Every employee makes you feel like you want to hug them. I love this vet, and I stand behind them 150%!!!!! read more

I brought my dog in for emergency care yesterday morning 9/11/24 when they first opened around 7:15am. I was told it was about an hour wait time, which ended up being 2, which isn't a huge deal as I know that's how emergency vets go. Where I'm truly unhappy and frustrated is I paid over $1k for the vet to call me and inform me my dog had a potential fungal infection in her ears and that her chest was full of fluid (she has a condition so this isn't anything new). Dr.Armstrong proceeded to tell me they couldn't drain her in case they ran into complications because they closed at 6 (it was 12:30pm) . I was asked if I wanted to send the fungus out to be tested and come pick up my dog and take her to her usual specialist in Santa Monica for treatment, which we couldn't get into and why we ended up in emergency in the first place. $1700 for my dog to be sent home still full of fluid, breathing heavy, and uncomfortable as ever. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with our care and will not be returning. *UPDATE - We took our dog to her specialist in Santa Monica the following day where they proceeded to tell us her ear infection was not fungal and in fact a NORMAL INFECTION that did not need to be sent out for $620 testing. Absolutely appalled by the lack of knowledge and care shown at Conejo Valley Vet, it's very clear they're only in it for the money and not to actually help animals.* *2ND UPDATE - My husband and I have tried calling 3 times to talk to the manager and we have been told we will receive a call back and of course nothing. I've tried a few area urgent care vets for our senior dog and our visit today at Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital was a great experience. There was a bit of a wait due to a dog with more urgent medical needs, which I understand, but everyone working here was so kind and professional. When I met with the vet, he answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. He reiterated multiple times what a great job we've done with our dog (with serious medical issues) and I appreciate all of the care shown by the team here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE Dr. Brandon is a scammer and an awful vet. I brought my dog here yesterday because her eye was red, watery, and eyelid was droopy. Dr Brandon told me it looks like glaucoma (meaning my dog can lose her eyesight permanently) and I should do two eye tests to confirm it. I paid $300 for the two eye tests for this scammer to tell me my dog has glaucoma and then he recommended me to see an eye doctor specialist. The next day I brought my dog to the eye doctor specialist who did the SAME TWO TESTS and said my dog does NOT have glaucoma so Dr. Brandon was WRONG. The eye doctor specialist said my dog has an eye ulcer so Dr. Brandon also MISSED that in his eye tests. I paid $300 for Dr. Brandon to horribly misdiagnosis my dog and waste my money. WHY DOES CONEJO VALLEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL OFFER EYE TESTS IF THEY CANT EVEN DO THEM RIGHT??? I have reported Dr Brandon to management and am asking for my money back. read more

I usually go to Horizon for Emergencies, but they were at capacity so I was advised to call this location. My 1 year old dog was choking and pacing for a long while after scarfing down so I called. This was my interaction: Sleep sounding guy: *sigh* This is John at Conejo.. Me: *calmly explained situation* Him: Umm.. let me see if a doctor can see you. *on hold for 5 min* Him: okay.. so you can come...$131 for consultation. It's a 2-3 hour wait if your pet is stable Me: 2-3 hours? Are you sure? He's literally choking right now though. Him: what...do you mean... am I sure? That's up to the tech... (with some damn attitude). It was SO frustrating. Luckily we were able to clear the blockage ourselves. The wait - fine, it's an ER and we're used to that. This guy's attitude was awful. Unprofessional. Time wasting. Rude. I can't imagine him dealing with an owner calling about an even more critical condition. read more

Last week, we rushed our bunny girl to Conejo Valley for GI stasis. She was seen by Dr. Young, Dr. Lockwood, Dr. Mitra, and Dr. De Anda who took excellent care of her and I am so thankful for their expertise, kindness, and willingness to try everything under the sun to help our baby girl. After two days of intensive medical management, bunny girl wasn't doing well and Dr. De Anda had the responsibility to tell us that despite their best efforts, we needed to consider her quality of life. As much as we wanted to help her fight, it was clear she wasn't going to make it so, on Valentines's Day, at 4 am we packed up her brother and went to say goodbye. The one thing about pets is that they occupy a huge space in your heart so this was a very sad and painful experience. When we saw her, I knew she wasn't going to make it and surgery wasn't an option so, as we headed to the comfort room, my baby bunny passed away in my arms on her own terms. Thank you Conejo Valley for doing your best and for sending us her paw prints. We miss her terribly but she's in a better place. I would also like to extend my thanks to all the staff who were patient with my incessant need for updates and for their kindness during this difficult time.
