This was not my experience with Visiting Angels. They wasted almost two weeks when I could have been looking elsewhere with their internal confusion. They did ask for $1000 up front a lot though.

He is hard of hearing and can't hear most of the time but the staff know how to go right up to him and talk in his ear. He was very lonely at home but at Heritage Woods he sits at meals with three other men and enjoys their companionship. His apartment is kept nice and clean. No one has ever shown the slightest impatience with all the questions the family has had in the stressful move of our father to the assisted living. Thank you for all the help, Heritage Woods.

If they didn't make you pay extra for bringing food to the room if they didn't feel well enough to go downstairs. OR if the elevators took too long for them to stand or forget where they are in fact by the time they came. It's so hot in there, yes elderly need heat I get it but, to be brought to the hospital for being over heated is another thing. (Family does laundry). My mothers-in-laws frig has been making noise for months. It's making the reset pop off if she wants to make coffee. They do have a lot going on there for them.
