Excellent customer service. I was very impressed with the communication from the staff. I came in for a state inspection and oil change and ended up needing extra work. They sent me photos and explained the work needed, walking me through the process, instead of just overcharging me or trying to be slick. When I was concerned I was going to be late for work due to unexpected repairs, they offered to uber me. I was able to see an estimate and it was reasonable and had no surprises at pick up. I appreciated their time and I felt more like I was working with friends than a faceless company. I will return there for any future work. read more

Is a rip off. 6 months ago I had my low beam light bulbs changed and they charged me $30 for each side, because I provided the bulbs. Good price at the time. Moving to present day same service and now they asking for $250. I think that was big difference. Rip off indeed read more

Very bad experiences with the Automotive service shop at this location. First. Had brand new hubcap covers broken during a wheel service and was not advised upon collecting my car. I gave the shop the benefit of the doubt as the receptionist (Steve) seemed to be a good guy. The second bad experience had me steaming. An intermittent starting problem diagnosed as needing about $1200 worth of work to fix an oil consumption problem. I did not want to do because the car was only worth around $3,000. Steve assured me that this will fix my problem and that it was worth it as the car was otherwise in great condition. I trusted him and moved forward with the repair. Turns out the intermittent starting issue still continued. When I went back in to have him tell me why, I was told I needed another $1200 worth of work to resolve the same issue that was first diagnosed. Needless to say, this person and this shop no longer have any credibility with me. What a waste of time and money. Don't believe the smile and the confidence that this guy projects. It's all just part of his hustle. read more

I came in for a state safety inspection and failed for an exhaust leak, no big deal went home and fixed it. I parked my car until my next day off and when left my house for re-inspection i noticed that my hood was damaged and it hadn't been touched by anyone since i was last at this shell. I went back and talked to someone at the desk and he told me they didn't even open my hood during the inspection which was a blatant lie, and told me they're not going to do anything. After years of them working on my families cars, their new management has managed to lose all of my future business. The shop does have some good employees but I just can't find it in myself to trust their management anymore. read more

I had a horrible experience at this Shell location and would not recommend people shop there. I don't live close by but I drive to this location once per year to have my car inspected. Years ago when I relocated to this state, this place was close to where I lived temporarily so I did the state inspection here. Later when I moved to a better area, I figured it was easier to stick with this place for the one thing because they already had my personal data for the car. Anyway, this year when it was inspection time I went back. While I waited, I noticed some potato chips on the shelf that I'd never seen before. I thought it would be good to buy a few flavors and take them home to my family. Again, we live about 20 minutes away. I got home and started handing out bags of chips and the family brought it to my attention that the expiration dates on the bags had passed. The chips were old. Since we don't live close by the store I now had to go out of my way to try to return the chips. A week or so later I drove back over to get a refund. I noticed the door had a sign on it that said "WILL BE BACK IN 5 MINUTES". It was early afternoon. Maybe 2pm. This was odd. However, I could see a man behind the register inside. I asked him to open the door and he swatted me away like a peasant. After some words, he finally opened the door. I explained that I'd purchased old chips and wanted a refund and he said he couldn't give me one because it was time for a shift change and the next person wouldn't be there for half an hour. This made no sense at all. So I offered to just exchange the old chips I purchased, for newer ones off the shelf. By this point he was noticeably annoyed--not sure why but he said okay. I looked on the shelf and ALL of these chips were old with past expiration dates. So I ended up having to leave with no chips and no refund. Heed my warning. Do not Do not take your vehicle to this station. The service center person (Steve) took my car without permission to his home and then ventured to another location with my car. Never in my mind would I have ever thought I would be violated in this manner. You had the balls to take a customers vehicle home over the weekend. I had to call the police to retrieve my keys and car from this man. He lied and said he was on a test run to complete the service that he never performed. This review site needs to have a negative amount of stars. I will be talking to my attorney about this piece of work. read more

I just found out that Harry no longer works at Westgate Shell! I picked up my car after having my headlights restored and the paint was damaged around the headlight! I spoke to the mechanic and he laughed at me, he said it was already damaged. I said-It was not damaged yesterday before I dropped it off! The mechanic just walked away! My car was also filthy inside and out with particles from the headlight restoration! I will no longer take my car to Westgate Shell! read more

Be aware don't take your car. They put cheap parts on your car. I don't mind paying money for a good quality of work. I just don't like liars and people take a vantage of women. Some guy at the front desk I think his name is Henri . Said he was going to investigate the issue and give me a call back . Never heard from him. Great customer service . That was a joke.
