Miss Tina and her crew truly educate about the whole horse and care about all the kids that come through. She learned horse safety, how to saddle a horse, how to direct a horse through an obstacle, trail rides, typical horse chores, and so much more. They also add some flair with total camp activities like making adorable tie dye tshirts, various arts and crafts, made popsicles for horses, played games, etc. At the end of the week they invite parents for a little award ceremony.

Went here for a kids birthday party and had mixed feelings about the place. On the one hand, it was…read morereally awesome for the kids to be able to play so freely on some of the gymnastics floor and equipment. On the other hand, it was disappointing that parents weren't allowed anywhere near the kids on the floor with them. They had an upstairs area where the parents were required to stay up there, well, that might be fine for the older kids, but I had a toddler down there, and I would feel much better being closer to her down there. But they wouldn't allow it. Also, at one point we were upstairs during the actual party time, and I went downstairs to use the restroom and was hit with a very suspicious "What do you need?", I told them that I needed to use the restroom, and it felt very weird to not even be able to walk downstairs to use the bathroom without prying eyes. I think that it was overall a fun party place, the kids enjoyed it, but they need to be less aggressive about parents not being allowed down there. And also maybe have exceptions for younger kids.

This alone is a benefit because it is less harsh on my skin and I don't feel itchy all the time. Plus the chlorine smell isn't in everything we bring home. BTAC also has space and flexibility. You aren't dodging people or waiting in line for the mass of people to let you in. Our suggestions are taken seriously instead of the 'Its not my job' answers I always got at the Y. They have kids programs and events, and loaner rackets and goggles for anyone in need. The lifeguards are super nice! And help swimmers outside of class when they are around. I will say, the club does need some updating in the locker rooms, and some other areas, but I'm happy with our experience so far.

We get pictures throughout the week and daily updates of what they had for snack, lunch and nap times with this great App they use. I sometimes forward the update emails to the grandparents so they get updates as well! The teachers and faculty really emphasize an importance of community, empathy and love; and that makes me feel good that my son has these qualities instilled in him at school as well as in the home. The administration and teachers here are all equally important and interact with the students, and it's pretty cool... I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with Peacock and I recommend it to anyone with a kid 1-5.

I know children go through developmental leaps and bounds from age 1 to 2, but I think she especially thrived in that environment because they fostered her love of learning and independence. Healthy meals and snacks are provided daily, which was a huge time saver for me. They use an app to log meals, naps, diaper changes, and any important updates or special notes. Occasionally they would upload photos too, which was always a nice treat. My husband and I have full time jobs so we rely on daycare. I feel that the relationship LOs have with their teachers is a close 2nd to the relationship they have with their parents. They spend more active time with our children than we are able to! I completely trusted her in their care and loved seeing how happy she was to be there. We miss you, Peacock friends!!! Nice day! :)
