The bartender recommended I use Zero8 Designated Drivers service. Zero8 Designated Drivers showed up with two drivers. One driver to drive me and my rental car back to my hotel, and the second driver to drive the Zero8 driver back to their officer. My driver was entertaining and friendly. I arrived safe and sound, with my driver's license intact. It didn't cost much more than a regular taxi ride, my rental car was back at the hotel for my use the next day, and best of all, I didn't drive drunk (or buzzed). This is a great service, and I feel good doing the right thing (staying off the road when I've reached my limit).

I travel on business a lot... and have been using National as my preferred choice…read more Coming to Saskatoon, Shelby greeted me with a smile and assisted me with a vehicle upgrade... due to my membership status. A day later, I got an email inquiring about my rental experience so far. This is a 1st as I never got these before. Well I had to voice my opinion... as I was not impressed with the rental I got. The interior dash was not wiped and was Dusty, coffee stains... plus the windows had smears. I got a reply right away and a phone call. Shelby continued to offer me another vehicle and I picked one... which had to be arranged as it was at another yard. I later figured out she got it from their sister company Enterprise. The switch over was flawless and I really appreciated the quick response to making me happy. Sadly, the new rental also had some garbage... McDonald's cup u dear a seat and sunflower seeds on the front passenger seat. This gives me an idea of how well they go over their return vehicles. The windows and dash was better... so I took some pics and off I went. 1 week later, I am back to return the rental... Shelby is at the counter. Again, the same warm smile and remembering me, my issues and wanting to know how the change of vehicles went. I did share my findings and expressed that it was better than the first. She again apologized which I appreciated, knowing it isn't her fault. She offered me a discount and that again goes to show me... her exceptional customer service. As I went to get her card, knowing I was going to review my experience at this location... she was so grateful that I was going to make a review. I am giving this a 4 star and it really is all Shelby. Keep up the great work and superior custimer satisfaction. This level of service is far and few nowadays. Being an executive overseeing managers who oversee employees on a daily basis, I know that we all love to hear of the front end... how things are going when it's positive... not always just the negative or when shit hits the fan.

Very clean well taken care of. With eating establishment before your flight. As I wait for my early flight back to Calgary I noticed a sign you don't see everyday. I know I've never seen in airports Canada I've been too. Tornado shelter! See what happens when you have time to just breathe and have a look around while you wait for a flight. LOL All around a very pleasant experience.

I love flying from this airport. It is just the right size of airport for the city but as our population continues to grow, I believe that the airport should expand in size. The service there at the airport is continuously positive. I've never sat in a first class area before and at some point I know that my partner and I would be travelling somewhere that requires to travel by plane so it would be nice to sit in first class and experience because a few of relatives already have gotten to do that.

There is parking in the back. There is plenty of stores and such withing walking distance. You will need to shop as the kitchen is supposed to have food but is lacking badly. There are 2 refrigerators and there was a hodge podge of stuff. Some of it very old. Can't tell if it's for everyone or if it was someones personal food. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans. Very clean and if the other guest had been a little friendlier it could be a fun stay. I'll stay here again for the comfort, price, and convenience. ps.
