I swore I would never go a couple of years ago after some very rude customer service. I've found myself back a couple times out of convenience. I was reminded again today that is a mistake. Any smaller store that was as unhelpful, then arrogant when they do have to help as the Columbia Lowe's, would be out of business. Home Deopt isn't far enough away for me to ever justify going to Lowe's again. And their employees are always happy to help when asked.

They have many flavors of wood...hickory, mesquite, pecan, apple, etc. They have a variety of grills and smokers and just about every accessory you can think of. 5 Stars Get the odd do-hickey. If you need the weird or odd thing, Westlakes is the place that will probably have it. They have been extremely helpful when I have had to manufacture some parts for old equipment. 5 Stars Westlakes gets 5 stars for being best in category IMO.
