I am too much of a rule follower I guess and went ahead and paid the $19.99 but kept letting her know I didn't think this was reasonable. She told me "this isn't my store." So for the ensuing 3 weeks I have been trying to call and stop by to speak with an owner or manager - she is the only employee I've ever found in the store, no one has ever picked up the phone in 15 calls and their email box is full. We host a lot of parties and I would have been a consistent and faithful customer, but alas, I will never be back.

They do have a large selection, so if you're not sensitive to a lot of incense being burnt, then this is definitely a good place for you to go however, if you do not like heavy smells and smoke, I would say to go anywhere else. If by chance, the owner/Manager contacts me back. I might change this review if possible.
