They cleaned the inside of the toilets like they were brand new (my toilets I thought were stained and I thought it was impossible to clean). They also cleaned to the smallest detail which was very amazing! They cleaned the stove and between every crease and crevice. My favorite part of what they did was the bathtub! They did a wonderful job and it's as if the bathtub is brand new. I love how they charge a flat fee and not by the hour as well. They were reliable and communicated well with me the day prior and the day of. They were quick to respond and very nice. They also take Zelle which was a big plus for me because I had to be out of town during the cleaning. Incompetent and careless. They did work repairing our kitchen a few years ago after mold. What they…read moresaid would be a 2 week job turned into probably 5 months. Writing this now because I just saw an outlet underneath the sink that's not at all mounted to the wall and was reminded of how ridiculous this whole ordeal was. They'd come maybe 2 times a week, maybe less, sit in the driveway and wait for each other for a while, and they'd always forget what they were supposed to do. Then they'd say "ah ya we remember now, gotta go to Home Depot" and take another 1-2 hours. The pace of work was incredibly slow. When they were redoing our kitchen, we came home and saw that the main handyman had bought cabinets for the sink that opened straight into the fridge and stove, so you could barely open them. It was on a corner, so clearly a corner / lazy Susan cabinet was needed. Delayed the job by however many days. They cracked the sink they put in, and there's carvings in the countertops from where they messed up with sloppy cutting. When they installed the AC window units, they stained the window panes, sink, and the outside of the house with the insulation foam and didn't attempt to clean it until I asked. They didn't get much up; still stained. They didn't put calking around the countertop they put in behind the sink. There were a bunch of other times where similar things happened that I had to ask them to redo it or do a part of the job they'd missed.

What my kids love most about Marta, or "Tita" as they lovingly refer to her as, is that her home feels like a second home for them. As for us parents, as a working mom, I never once had to worry if my kids were okay when they were at Tita's. They were always fed well (she is an AMAZING cook) safe, and they loved being there. Finally, I took it in, tried it on and explained the issue. They explained that it would be $65 to alter and confirmed that's what I wanted since the cost of the shirt was so low. I confirmed and the work was done so quickly and expertly- the results absolutely blew my mind! I next took two pair of pants which needed the waists taken in and they were so perfectly done. And fast! So fast that when I went to pick up I had to double check that I had remembered the conversation correctly the first time.. thought I was losing it! We hope that the shop owners will take the necessary steps to improve their customer service and create a welcoming environment for all patrons. The unfortunate truth is 38 years Mr. Lim hasn't learned to to treated people with dignity and respect. I suggest future customers spend time researching & they'll find several local & online custom suit makers for same price with better treatment. Picked up my chair/recliner and gotta say I loved it. He loaded it up on my truck and wrapped it up nicely and secured it. Everyone at home was pleasantly surprised at the difference. Gotta tell you, the place itself needs lots of work. There isn't a receptionist so there won t always be someone answering the phone if They are working. They just moved to this location and haven't quite fixed it up but the work itself is awesome. Will go back here again if needed on other projects and most definitely recommend him.
