The general manager and coach, Jen, helped me feel welcome in class and all of the members were kind and made me feel like I had been there before. In regards to the workout, I loved getting into a heavy lift day, and with a proper warmup beforehand-- some quick cardio, stretches, and ensuring we had proper form/technique. Afterwards, there was fun core work too. The gym itself is clean, spacious, and has plenty of your typical CrossFit equipment. They also offer Krav Maga (self defense). If I lived in the area, I can confidentially say I would sign up as a member at Blue Titan!

Also the classes are not really categorical: the beginner class has a lot of advanced people. It might be intimidating if you are brand new. I do like how it gives you a feeling of power. Just a PSA though: some of the instructors and students are not vaccinated against COVID and talk about it openly. If you are COVID adverse wear a mask. I am adverse to it and found out later on. I wear a mask and often classes are outside.
