Overall, I had a great experience with this shop. They provided good advice about tires when I called and got me in the next day. They installed new tires, 2" lifted coil over shocks, and performed an alignment. They conducted a thorough inspection and provided a great product that included photos detailing recommended services. If you are looking for a shop that can do it all, this is a good place to go. I initially tried to book an appointment online but never got a response so I'm not sure if that function is working. The employees were all professional and knowledgeable. It's bullshit how much I had to pay. Then I get home read what did and they charged me $80 and in their notes I find out they didn't fix the bulb was not fixed. They left me a note that I needed to have someone else look at it. Not once did they let me know about the problem. I am not impressed with services at this location. The name of your company is Tire Pros but I don't feel like you are pros and here's why: 1. I made a purchase of 4 tires late in 2024. Paid way more than I should, and got the full "tire protection plan." 2. Found a defect in my tire (sidewall bulge) less than 5,000 miles later. Brought the truck in and asked them to look at my brakes too and do a tire rotation while it was on the lift. 3. Told by shop that they would cover the RMA on the tire, but they still charged me $50 to mount and balance the RMA tire. Who charges for work on a protection plan? 4. Quoted me $2,500 on a full brake job on a truck that has less than 60,000 miles on it. $1200 if I wanted to do just the fronts??? 5. Took 3 hours to perform brake inspection. 6. Went in for a patch the next Monday (2025-06-30) because there was a nail in my tire. Was told the "Tire Tech" wasn't in because he got "let-go" the previous Friday and that I would need to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. I used to work in a tire shop, ok. You don't make money on patches I understand that, but you are a tire shop. Fixing tires is what you do. I can remember days where I would do 30 - 40 tires a day off the rim and on the rim. The service here is not up to par if you only have one tech who you rely who can plug or patch a tire. You should have one tech available at all times for walk-in repairs throughout the day. Back in February, I went to this shop to get a large amount of maintenance work done on my car. I ended up paying over $3,000 total for all maintenance performed. It was a lot of money, but I was okay with it because I needed several caliper, rotor, and brake pad replacements on top of all other routine maintenance services, including battery replacement. However, two months after I left the shop, my battery kept repeatedly dying. After identifying that the positive terminal clamp was loose on the battery post, and determining that the battery was shot after such inconsistent electrical current delivery through several longer-term multimeter tests, I bought a new battery for $200 from AutoZone and fixed the clamp. The new battery worked and still works today nearly 9 months later. When I went back to this shop to ask for a refund on the original dead battery in May, Adam Spurrell (the general manager) told me that I would have to pay their hourly service rate to diagnose it as dead before receiving a refund. The price of their diagnostic services exceeded the price of the original battery, which completely defeats the purpose of a refund. I explained that I have strong evidence that it's dead (because the new battery works), and that I knew why the original battery died (their technician incorrectly installed the terminal clamp). Despite me paying their shop over $3,000 for services, and the fact that my car was operational when I dropped it off and then not operational two months after receiving basic routine services, Adam still refused to refund the $200 for the original battery (a mere 6% of the total cost). I never yelled, cursed, or caused a scene of any sorts, but my interaction with Adam ended with him telling me to "get the f*** out of [his] shop." I will NEVER go back to this shop with the level of unprofessionalism I experienced from the general manager Adam Spurrell, as well as him not owning up to what was likely an honest mistake by his technician. This shop only cares about money and nothing about customer satisfaction or trust.
