Once I signed up with Weston Legal in November 2014, they took over everything and relieved a huge burden off my mind that someone else was looking at my problem besides just little old me. That's how I feel sometimes when dealing with the court system, of which I believe is necessary of course, otherwise we'd be a backward country; but when you get this paperwork in the mail that is pure legalese saying you owed some credit card company a large chunk of change that was charged 5 and a half years before, and you don't think you're responsible for it, getting professional help is a lifesaver (literally for some people). Isn't it malicious to attempt to bring a case to trial that is right up against the 6 year Statute Of Limitations? I mean if they waited 3 months later to serve me, it would not even have been a case because of the Statute of Limitations. We had just had a house fire and when we finally got back in to our home, a couple days later we got served. That means our house was being cased by the servers, they watched as we suffered through the fire and got our household back in order and THEN POUNCED right after we moved back in. I was tired of the harassment and decided I needed to get help. I did, by searching the internet and Weston Legal popped right up in my searches for lawsuit help. My lawyer was Andrew and he is very good at what he does. His prices are reasonable and he won't make promises he can't keep. He is very up front and honest about your case and doesn't just look for dollar signs. If he knows he can't work your case, he will tell you. I also communicated with Nadeen quite a bit as well and she is awesome and very helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that one of their reps (I think from billing) called me weeks ago and I tried everyday numerous times a day to call her back and even reached out to someone in the office to have her call me and it still took her a while to call me back. Then on 1/4 I finally get a call back from her and she tried to tell me I owed them $30 (which was a refund THEY GAVE ME due to over draft). She continued to argue with me saying even though it's noted in my account that I will have a $30 "balance" on my account, I still have to pay it. I called someone in the office and they looked into my account and told me I was good to go and didn't owe them anything. I found Weston Legal during an internet search and contacted them about a lien. They were very professional and handled the situation quickly.
