Sally, the PA, was warm and thorough. She explained my break and the treatment options in a way that made everything feel a little less intimidating. Then Dr. Bruggeman came in with that same mix of professionalism and kindness, and together they quickly determined surgery was needed. Here's the kicker: they scheduled my surgery that same day! I had to juggle a few things at work, but honestly, I was just so grateful to get the process started and my wrist on the mend. This wasn't my first rodeo with Ortho Nebraska (shoutout to my other wrist and a few stubborn shoulders), and once again, they proved why I'll keep coming back...I just really hope I don't have to for a while. My surgeon, Dr. Sayfe Jassim, has this whole process down to an art form, from pre-surgery to using robotics and a minimally invasive procedure to a post-operative medication and physical therapy plan that is well planned and requires me to participate.
