There was one person working and a couple ahead of us. They make their donuts to order. I had downloaded the app, and selected this location to look over the menu before arriving. Because there is only one person taking orders and making the orders, you cannot anticipate running in and out. There will be a wait. Our order was taken prior to her making the order of the people ahead of us. We ordered coffee and a 36 ct of donuts. These are mini donuts and we are a family of five so the intention was to take them home to the kids. He ordered the elf coffee while I got a standard Carmel macchiato with an extra shot. We ordered the following donuts : dreamcicle, sugar cookie, powdered sugar, fruity pebbles, cinnamon sugar & I do not remember the last flavor. Note: the app and the store differ with menu AND although the app states a free donut comes with the order of each drink the owner stated it's to the stores discretion. Again, since I was able to pull up the location I wanted I thought that what I was viewing was for this particular location. We waited about 20 minutes to get our donuts and our coffee was out in around 10. They were all very good, soft, and had great taste for each flavor we got. I liked all of them. My favorite would be dreamcicile though. The coffee was good too - smooth and since I got an extra shot it was strong. They are good. I would go back to try something else on the menu as they have ice cream as well. As far as price, for everything we ordered we paid $45 . And I do appreciate that even though the owner stated the app was not her menu and it offered a free donut with drink orders, she went ahead and gave us two donuts with our drink order.

As for the food, the bagels themselves were perfectly adequate but ultimately unremarkable. In a market where great bagel shops thrive on both quality and efficiency, "fine" simply isn't enough to outweigh a frustrating service experience. With stronger operational structure and visible leadership during peak hours, this shop could likely improve the customer experience significantly. For now, however, the combination of disorganization and underwhelming food makes it difficult to justify a return visit.

Not only do they serve several of their unique blends, they also have information that coffee lovers and experts would love to see. This is not just a coffee shop tho, it's also the Roastery and where they make the amazingly delicious coffees. Service was friendly and we saw the CEO on sight caring for the building. The coffees are DELICIOUS and beyond anything you'll find at a local coffee shop. If you're in the area, it's well worth your time to stop and visit.
