The salesperson's tablet was very slow, and I was out of time. Very frustrating experience. I felt like a product I had not requested was being forced on me. I needed something for a large window and a patio door that would provide light blocking at night and some screening of the western exposure during the day. The Duolite product would meet my needs, but I would have needed a vertical blind for the door. The salespersons insistence that he knew what I wanted killed the sale.

That said, we found these guys based on the recommendation of our builder who has done a lot of work with them. I can't say enough good things about just how well-organized and dependable these guys are. While they have their share of samples at their store - what makes their service so good is the fact they will come to your home with tons of samples in their trucks to help you get the best possible sense of what your prospective blinds will look like in your own home. That is a huge deal because often times it really is difficult to truly get a gauge of how your blinds will look unless you see it firsthand yourself in your own home. These guys spared absolutely no effort in bringing lots of examples to our (then-empty) home. They walked through a lot of options and helped us visualize how they would look by placing the samples in our windows. They were very patient during the process and gave a lot of honest opinions about the best possible options based on price and budget. On the day of the installation - they were extremely efficient. We have more than 30 windows in our home so it was a pretty big task. However, they were fast, expedient and did a fantastic job overall. The end product was beautiful and though we bought a variety of different blinds (from the most high-end Hunter Douglas/automatic option to more budget-minded options in smaller rooms) - we were really pleased with the color coordination and how it all turned out. They also cleaned up quickly and left the house in great shape. They also returned on a later date to help us set up our automatic blinds and configure the wifi settings. Again they were patient, efficient and spre no effort in making sure things were tip top before leaving. Blinds are a pretty big investment - especially if you live in a big house with lots of windows - or if you're looking to buy higher-quality names. It's really important to find the right people who are great at their work and are transparent with buyers about their budget options. These guys are absolutely 100% great on all fronts and I strongly recommend anyone who's furnishing their home and need blinds/curtains to check these guys out. With all the remodeling happening in our home, we wanted to upgrade our beige bedroom Roman shades for another neutral to complement our new style, then ditch curtains, add shades on one set of windows in my Vanity Room and home office. COVID-safe, at-home consultation was gratis and every square inch of all three rooms were carefully measured. With colors in mind, all we needed was to stop in and look at numbers. I met hubs here, looked at fabrication and colors- while Mitch confirmed on his end if textiles were available. 360 is small- but equipped with Venetian, Vertical, Roller, Pleated, Roman shades, blinds, etc samples on display. Based on our likes, Mitch quoted a hefty sum for our Roman shade measurements and fabric. It was more than what we wanted to spend for all 3 rooms, so decided to focus on our bedroom only.
