When we walked in, we got greeted by a female by the named Cecelia. Cecelia was very helpful, knew her job and knew it well. Helped me design the kitchen to what I visioned and sent me deferent 3D designs. She made the design and estimate and measurement process as easy as possible. After the design was finalized and deposit made. The material came next day, and the guys was working on the kitchen the following day . All in all it took 3 days to do the kitchens, ohh did I say it was 2 kitchens? 1 in the basement as well. The guys was clean professional and had the right tools to get it done. After they finished the stone guys came the following week and installed quartz as well. Another clean professional crew. Then we had a issue with fitment of stove in basement and they came back No problem and handled the issue. Cecelia is the girl to talk to, and will service my needs in the future. Price was best out there and delivered what I needed, hassle free, parking and free estimates. Thank you girl.

I had the pleasure of working with George. He is one of the two owners. George made this process extremely easy! Being I am not familiar with kitchen cabinets, quality, style etc he willingly guided me and always took the time out to answer all my questions, all while educating me on the process and products. George is passionate about the kitchen design and took A LOT of calls and text from me not even knowing if I was going to move forward with his services. So right there the effort alone for these weeks with no money in hand, I could have walked. We went back and forth for 4-5 weeks and he always mapped design after design with his visions and suggestions to mold with mine. He was also diligent and detailed in measuring. Patient (is an understatement) and never came across being frustrated with me is what made this experience an easy one & enjoyable! Never once did I feel uncomfortable asking MULTIPLE questions or the SAME questions to him and this is huge for me as I think it would be for most. I HIGHLY recommend Canal Kitchens services. They have plenty of beautiful displays (in variation of colors) in their cozy and home like showroom as well as counter top samples. They work with Wolf, Decora, Ultra Kraft, Schrock, Kraftmaid and so much more. Tons of selections to fit any budget you need. Customer service is key and George fulfilled that beyond my expectation (based on other companies I priced). I as well as my husband felt like we were part of their family. *FYI this my first review I have ever posted on anything!
