Your company placed a small dumpster at 460 S Kelvin in a residentual area. This dumpster is right next to my bedroom window. Everytime someone open and slams that lid its like a gun going off. Owner of the dumpster could care less . I am a caretaker of a 94yr old man and his bed is right next to that dumpster being slammed. Must be a better lid you can use. read more

Horrid company I live in Meadview I pay for a large dumpster and have for 7 years. they cannot seem to place the dumpster back in the proper location it is either in the middle of the road, or in the middle of my driveway or recently slammed up against my enclosure for my single garbage can. Now I have damage to the stucco enclosure. This last week they slammed the dumpster up against the stucco enclosure causing more damage and an open lid, which is slammed against the stucco enclosure and cannot be closed . Which means I cannot empty my trash if I tried too the Ravens would have it all over the desert. When I called and talked to Heidi she would not give me the name of the owner or the supervisor or transfer me to their voice mail. I asked if they would please come out and move the dumpster and please fix the damage they have done. Her response was no one will be in the area until next Thursday. I then asked if I could hire someone to move the dumpster and fix the enclosure would they pay the bill or deduct the cost of repairs and moving the dumpster from my bill.. Her answer was the same she could not advise anyone to do that she would forward my request to the owner or supervisor and IF they had time they may call me back.. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with! I understand that their prices are low, but that doesn't excuse their terrible service. Managing my utility bill with them has been a constant struggle. I have all my bills set to auto-pay, including this one. However, they seem to have a different definition of "auto-pay" or they just can't seem to get their billing system right. It's beyond frustrating. In the four years I've been with them, I've had nothing but problems with their billing, even after they switched to a new system. They continue to send me bills after I've set up auto-pay. They charge my card once, maybe twice, and then start sending me bills claiming I still owe them money. When I try to contact them to sort out these issues, it takes forever to get through to someone. Their phone lines are always busy or no one answers during their supposed business hours. And when you finally do get someone on the phone after days of trying, they just tell you to email them for a quicker response... which is a lie because I've been waiting for a reply for two days now. BOTTOM LINE: Pay a little extra and choose a different company like WM or Bulldog. Westside clearly doesn't care about their customers or they have the wrong people running the show because this level of incompetence is unacceptable. read more

West side disposal only picks up trash in my area the first Friday of each month, allowing for a months accumulation in the dumpster. This month they failed to show for pick up and are 4 days over due. We called their office and was told they would be out. 4 times we've called, and 4 times they've failed to show. Every night we've had to bring excess bags BACK from the dumpster so the lids could be closed to keep the coyotes and other scavengers out of the trash. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and BAD business on their part. These bums get one star for Sh*tty service read more

This company is amazing. I rented a dumpster from them for 2 weeks. We had just moved here from Texas so we were throwing a bunch of stuff away. We filled the dumpster up fast. All I had to do was give them a call and they would come out as soon as they could to dump it. About 5 dumps later we are all moved in, and they now are our weekly service. I've been using westside Disposal for years now love their service when we moved into short term rental they moved our container no problem ! A few months later when we bought our forever home I called them they said no problem ! If I forget my bill they don't freak out about it as the sweet young lady put it I knew you were gonna call I wasn't worried about you! They are just great and unlike another company and YOU know who you are my bill doesn't change every month it's always the same . I tell everyone I know who doesn't have westside to switch now! This company is crooked! They are fully aware that their bills don't reach thousands of their customers every billing cycle and happily charge you fees if you make the mistake of looking and waiting for the monthly statement, that will tell you is a by-monthly charge but you are billed every month??? They also build in mystery fees that can't seem to be explain but expect you to pay anyway. I am fully aware that invoices/billing statements are a courtesy not a requirement. That's not a problem IF you have the ability to pay without having the statement. However, that is NOT the case with this .... company. No you can't just go to the website and make your payment because you HAVE to have the billing/invoice number in order to make said payment. If you don't get a bill and you don't keep it at forefront of your mind to call and harass them for it you are awarded a late fee. This is suspect behavior in my opinion and obviously not a professional or reasonable way to do business. The last time this happened I called and they did remove the late fee though it seemed like they did it begrudgingly. This month I received 2 weeks of service but was still billed for a full 2 month??? I called, of course, and they again begrudgingly reduced my bill by $11 and change but left some erroneous charge for $8.90 plus a billing charge for $6.10. The billing clerk I spoke to basically just baffled me with b/s saying it's not really on the bill except that it is I can see it with my own eyes. Ok I can even give them the benefit of the doubt that they just have a bad billing system. However, I still am left to wonder if I am actually being charged those fees. If not then WHY ARE THEY ON MY BILL????????? I will likely be discontinuing my service with what I feel is a dishonest business. After all it's only $7.00 to take the trash to the dump myself. read more

I opened up service with Westside Disposal in Golden Valley AZ a year ago which I paid for a year in advance, the year has come and gone and I have called them numerous times that I have not received my bill which is going on 2 months overdue I told that it was mailed out I have asked them to email me a copy of my bill they claim that they have and I never recieved it and yes I check my spam/junk folder and I have asked them to confirm my email address. i had this company a couple years ago, i stopped recieving pick up and when i called to ask about it they claimed i had moved! when i asked how they got this informationt hey claimed my roomate gave it top me gave me the name of that person and their adress, which was the new adress. i informed them i had not moved and i had not had a b ill in 2 months due to their mistake and they charged me. i paid the bill off and cancelled my service and now they are sending new bills to my adress and i dont even have service through them, i have not had service through them in years. the owners are rude and customer service is horrible, they then went to facebook to talk about it revealing my information aswell. read more

I spent weeks trying to get ahold of this company for a dumpster, finally they answered and was able to get prices, but as soon as they knew where I lived , they asked if I knew person that owed them money, when they realized I did,they refused service to me , until she pays her bill off. NO customer service here. I have had a deplorable, unsightly bin going on 5 months now. Rusted, beat-up, bashed in, white bin. Was told it was temporary until they can provide a newer one. I live in an area where we only have once-a-month pickup. All my neighbors have the standard blue containers with the Westside Disposal logo on it. Calling again today, I was told I have the standard bin for my area. I have a new home and this unsightly bin is disgusting. Kelly will continue to argue with you if you state your need for a newer bin. This bin itself belongs in the trash. Way past it's usefulness and company representation. Sent me another messed up bill said I had put out bags twice in April 2020 so I called and said that never happened she keep on insisting that I had this is not the first time this has happened. She also said maybe someone had added trash to mine what that's a joke in itself. So she was calling me a liar in so many words because I told her 5 time I didn't have any bags and have never had any in the past two years I had their service and office people yelling at me also. I am 100% happy with Westside Disposal. I have not had a single problem with them. They are very helpful if we have tree clipping or what ever that we cannot get in the been, they will help put them in so we are not over filling and taking a chance of breaking their windshield. I live on Eagle Dr. in Kingman and I want to tell about our local driver and how he goes out of his way every Thursday to make my lil 4 yr old grandsons day. Since lil he has always loved watching the "Trash Truck" empty our orange trash can. My daughter & he recently moved...but he comes to spend the night every Wednesday..so he can see the trash truck on Thursday...a few months back I noticed the driver stopping and waving at him...and lately he has even went to blowing the horn for him... much to my lil guys delight. The driver is busy and for him to take a few minutes is awesome. I don't know his name...my grandson calls him the driver with a big beard. This is wonderful....and really special to him..all he wanted was a trash truck for xmas...and he was a lil disappointed when his new trucks toy driver didn't have a "big beard". Thank you sir!!!
