    This florist is a joke and why are they still in business is beyond me. What they offer as a flower arrangement is not what you will get. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother and paid a lot for it to look full and amazing! When I received the photo of the actual arrangement she received it's a joke.. nothing close to the photo. If you cannot be the basic standards of the photos you display then contact the customer and let them know and let us decide if we want to move forward with the secondary options but DO NOT decide for us. I want a refund of half my money because I was sold a half ass arrangement!

    This place is beautiful! First off the online order was simple! The prices are reasonable! The quality of work and customer service is amazing. I ordered my mom who lives many hours away from me a gorgeous arrangement lastnight. This morning I called to check on estimated time of arrival to be sure my mom would be home for the surprise. The owner ( lovely woman) gave me a time frame, the arrangement was delivered on time, but that's not the best part! My mom was graced with a wonderful woman who was friendly, and knowledgeable! My mom is very pleased and that is what makes me happy. Thank you very much for the effort you put into each arrangement and delivery! I will be a regular client from this point forward!

    I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my mother-in-law on her 70th birthday because we couldn't be with her, her favorite flowers are sunflowers and I was so excited to order her the " sunflower delight" I was extremely disappointed when I got a call mid-day telling me they needed the number off the back of my card since I was hoping she would have already received them to be able to enjoy them on her birthday.. they weren't delivered until after 5 pm and there wasn't a SINGLE SUNFLOWER??!!!! How do you make a "Sunflower Delight" arrangement with NO SUNFLOWERS.... are you kidding me.. very disappointed ... the pictures are what I ordered and what she got... so frustrating

    I make a point to utilize local florists when I'm sending flowers to someone. I don't want flowers arriving in a box. And while I appreciate flowers and florists and the work they perform, I do expect the recipient to receive the flowers that I actually ordered. I understand flowers are interchanged here and there due to availability, but if you're unable to make a bouquet offered on your website, then mark the product unavailable. I also placed my Mother's Day order well in advance so I could have been notified of any changes. Pictures are below: the purple bouquet is what I ordered (that is the picture from my receipt) and the other bouquet (while still beautiful) is what was received. Definitely not the same....very disappointed....

    Don't order from this place. When the flowers were received they weren't in water, the flowers were wilted and not arranged.

I feel terrible forgetting the name now but anyways, he was passing by with inventory in a cart and asked if we needed help. We really did need help so he stopped what he was doing, looked for the item then ended up using his handy phone to look it up the specific item in store to make sure it was in stock or not. HD ended up not having that specific item but the associate was able to guide us towards an alternative! I love that customer service. We didn't know of others so it was nice that he listened to what we're looking for and gave us a recommendation. It was much appreciated so thank you!

This location is on Churn Creek, just north of where it crosses the 44 freeway. Just go north past the McDonald's an it's on the left, can't miss it! Parking was easy enough. We go in and OK, where do we look for what we want. There supposed to be some staff or something to help out but couldn't get anyone. So we wander down some asiles and don't see what we want. OK, I see the tool area, so we go over there. No one to help either. I did manage to find the chain saws, really big ass ones too that might chop my foot off with. I just wanted a little hand held job. I found a couple of options, but wow, these prices are a bit high, OK, higher that I wanted to pay for something I'm gonna use just occasionally. I'm not some pro landscaper. I did look on Amazon and those prices seemed more in line for an occasional user like me. Oh, well, we outta here. I'll say service is severely lacking here, but I guess you know that going into it.

The dryer parts were replaced and during my discussion with "Chris" the service tech we did decide to try less soap in the washing machine and see if it stops the noise before tearing it apart and replacing parts. The following day, I washed a light load and when I went to dry them, the dryer was making the same horrible noise after having the parts replaced. I reached out to the service tech and sent him a video of the dryer, making the horrible noise, even with nothing in the dryer. Because this has been an issue since day one when we bought them, and we have been given the biggest run around and lied to now for 4 months. I requested that we returned the washer and dryer and buy a different brand (speed Queen). I just want a working washer and dryer!!!! Thursday March 26, 2026 Lewis Chuck, who sold me the washer and dryer called and offered to give us $1200.00 for the new set we just paid $2216.75 for! In return, we return the washer, dryer, pedestals. *PLUS!!! LEWIS TOLD ME, "YOU ALSO HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR YELP REVIEW".******** I told Lewis we were NOT going to accept $1200.00 for a defective washer and dryer we paid $2216.75 for. What "really upset me" is, I felt like I was being bribed into removing my "HONEST YELP REVIEW" and "UPDATES". Bribery is illegal!!! When removing a review on Yelp, Yelp asks, "if you were offered a refund or other compensation to remove this review". In a world with so much corruption. I REFUSE to be a part of it!!!! We are now seriously considering a Civil matter in court to get the resolution we feel will be fair to us as a consumer.
