Took them back and re-explained the issue. Did an exam which showed I was correct. Lenses sent back and corrected. This past July I dropped off frames to get new lenses. Explained again and was told I was overdue for an exam. I stated this prescription was working perfectly and was not necessary. He looked up my cover​age in VSP, said "You've got good insurance and your exams are free." Turned down the exam. Not necessary. Prescription fine. Paid my deductible. Next morning, he calls me dayong the insurance company turned it do​wn without an exam and wanted yo schedule an exam. I turned it down and told I'd be in to p/u my frames and refund. I immediately called VSP who stated they received yhe request that's pending and did not/would not tell them that. I returned and picked up my frames and refunded copy. If I was told it was their policy, I can respect that. He lied blaming VSP to get the "FREE" exam out of my insurance company on top of the $600 sum lenses. I will mot do business with a dishonest retailer. The exam every two years is a recommendation not a requirement per VSP.​​​ ​​​ I will give someone else the "FREE" exam who doesn't lie to me to get it cause VSP will pay it. And we wonder why healthcare costs are up?

seriously the WORST! had ONE good doctor originally there and mistakenly referred a friend at that…read morepoint (she also had a horrible experience). where to start? was feeling ill and yet had bad eye infection. also when arrived walked toward check in desk and was ignored (i was also ill and couldn't stand long). had to sit in a nearly empty waiting room and still not acknowledged. another patient came in AFTER i did and was waited on! could have gone somewhere closer but had good appointment with a female eye doctor there once so requested her. arrived and a condescending male doctor came in instead. i asked why i wasn't seeing the female doctor requested and confirmed for my appointment and was told that she had to suddenly leave. turns out she was pregnant and the place couldn't man up and tell me that she was uncomfortable seeing someone with a (suspected) eye infection. was treated even nervously by rude male doctor. went home, eye got even worse and returned and had to see yet another doctor who said that it seemed that it was my eyelid and not my eye that was infected and that he couldn't help me and that i should see a "lid specialist". at checkout counter was told the lid specialist (only one in town) was only available Wed mornings or something. i said that i couldn't make that slot (i am disabled and also have a connected sleep disorder that affects my morning functioning). i was given attitude by desk person about that and she got up irritated to go speak to someone else about the time conflickt. at that point another persone came out and was really fed up with this and said to me (in front of others)... "if it was important to you, you would find a way to make it!" (i was given similar attitude for mentioning that i couldn't take many medications due to allergic reactions). a few days later i got a call from the lid specialist's office saying that they were calling to set up an appointment with me regarding my "lid disfigurement"/surgical issue... HUH?... i had a bacterial infection in my eye. had to visit a different location once and though the staff there was SUPER nice (the EGR location)... had yet another condescending doctor. oh; and their "second waiting room" for after dilating eyes is like a cattle stall. tons of seats packed nearly one or two feet from everyone else in a TINY round space. fun especially around COVID.

I called ahead to prevent any trouble when my son went by himself--yet, he left without a prescription for his new glasses and they had turned him away not able to find insurance info. I had called ahead THAT DAY. Now I'm am trying to obtain a copy of said Rx so he can get glasses elsewhere. It's been a week since Person A said she put it in the mail. Today Person B said the Rx can't be sent yet because it's not signed by the doctor... it's time to move on, unfortunately.

The moment I wear them they fall off my face and get scratched up on carpeted flooring. call and get there they say you only get one free replacement, yet they cannot adjust the arms because they were cheap plastic. well i was never told that and over and over they would make ridiculous excuses why they scratched or couldn't adjust them.
