I understand many homeowners may not be home but maybe a door hanger service date signature. Could even double as a marketing opportunity. Update replace repair payment system. We ultimately chose to part ways for this reason. I auto pay everything. The auto payment was down for six months. I wasn't able to access my online account and I had to call to pay for my bill. When I called to inquire whether this was gonna be resolved, the woman who I spoke to replied with, "I don't know". It was clear that she did not care either because I want to ask her to please take the payment and cancel our service. Her reply was, "OK". No I'm sorry. No let me get back to you with more information. Had there been a little better customer service and a solution for the payment system I'd likely still be a customer.

Mark (APC) has always gone over and beyond his call of duty when servicing my properties. Personally I can see how appointments get missed and things get forgotten. With that being said, one just needs to remember that we are only human, mistakes get made & appointments get over looked, we are none of us perfect in any form or fashion. Alternative Pest Control as with any company has bills to pay and cost's that need to be met. By signing a legal binding contract we are expected to do our part and do the right thing. Maybe people should take the time to read and understand their responsibilities before signing any legal document. We as costumers expect a service to be done as is stated, but we are also expected to maintain our responsibilities as stated by the contract that we sign. As human's we must allow for the times that things happen and be understanding. What if there were a horrible accident and someone got hurt? Would you still have to same mind set? If after some 7 years of service, this is the only thing your upset about? I say good luck finding another company that offers the same service for the same low cost.
