By far the BEST service ever, and literally I mean just that - Rasheed came out to our home and performed an inspection, he was extremely thorough, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable - and most importantly he listens. Rasheed returned my call in a timely manner and was able to come for a free estimate the same day I called him! He was very communicative and punctual as well as COVID compliant. He did a walkthrough and talked me through all the options and steps. He closed up all of the potential entry points for rats, vacuumed all the rat poop, and set professional grade traps. Rasheed even did a complementary bug spray for us. His prices were very fair, especially for the amount of time he was here (2.5 hours)! My tenant was concerned about current spiders in the condo and i was concerned about future ants and a possible mouse. I contacted Rasheed, and he was extremely helpful in explaining all the work he would do. He was courteous and detailed. As I live in Huntington Beach, about 1 and 1/2 hours away from the rental, I asked my tenant to work with the externinator when he came. I also asked him to describe what Rasheed did while he was there. Here is his comment: "He did an awesome job! He made sure he put on shoe protectors so he didn't track any dirt or anything from his boots. He sprayed the entire house--both bathrooms all of downstairs and upstairs. The back yard and the front area around the window. Very respectful and courteous." It was very helpful that Rasheed immediately followed up by phone with me when he was done. He explained what he did and that he also moved the refrigerator forward and looked behind it for any signs of mice activity, but there was none and all was intact, which was good to hear! He has over 20 years experience in this field and this is his recent business venture. I wish him lots and lots of success. He deserves it. He spends extra time explaining things to the owner and extending a welcoming amount of politeness and courtesy.
