He was honest from the moment we met him, they didn't charge us for paying cash, they put new brakes on every car they sell and help you tremendously with what you are looking for. Everything felt rushed, and once papers were involved, we were made to feel like we had no real option to step back. This felt intimidating and caused a lot of stress for our family. One employee in particular, Irma, was very unprofessional. She raised her voice during phone calls and spoke to my family in a disrespectful way when concerns were raised. From our experience, she seems very focused on closing sales, especially with members of the Filipino community. The online advertising looks good, but when issues come up, the level of customer service does not match. Perhaps this was my initial mistake because once I arrived, he barely sat down to talk to me about the features of the car and didn't ask if I had any questions. Instead he said the car I wanted to test drive would be ready in 3 MINUTES because they had to get gas. We waited an HOUR. (There was a gas station across the street) Also, since we made the appointment and I stated I would like to test drive which car, as a professional dealership, it would be expected that they would prepare the car properly to test drive in the morning. In the meantime of waiting for the car, Jonathan was out and about. He did not explain to us what he was doing or that he needed to step away. I was patient at first but once we got into the car, they put us in a dangerous situation by giving us the car to test drive but they took out a part of it to purposely make it malfunction. They said that it was because of theft protection. But the car barely drove while we were in the middle of the street and at a few points in time, completely stopped. We felt endangered by a professional business and also not properly taken care of due to the the waiting time that could have been avoided and no proper discussion of the car with our sales associate. We had other things to do that day so we left and they called us saying they would sell us the higher model for a similar price as the base model. They also offered a $500 gas card as an apology. As someone who is aware some experiences might not be perfect for a first impression, I gave them another chance and came in on Saturday to test drive the car properly again. This time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to go in one more time and low and behold, I waited again as Jonathan said he was in a meeting. Which then begs the question of WHY they would schedule us in at the time we came if he knew he had a meeting. But I remained patient because of the kindness of Magdy. Anyway I liked the car and signed for it the same day. They assured me everything would be okay and that Thursday would be the "perfect day" for me to pick up the car because of THEIR schedules etc. so I agreed to Thursday pick up. I left and later in the week realized they had forgotten to give me the Bill of Sales and the proof of ownership so my insurance company had issues. (SAME EXACT VIN NUMBER) I have not heard from this guy (Jake Berman) since... I know it's a weekend and a day but I want my truck gone asap! I don't recommend this place. Because after 3 months it was inspected by MTO AND THEY were the ones who said it was unsafe to drive and took the license plate away and said we needed to contact the dealership we got it from and we even did two more safety checks before MTO was invloved which did not pass. There is no communication what so ever between the parts department and the service department. I had called in three times previously and ordered some parts and booked me an appointment, only to get there on my 1 week later appointment to find out that, first my appointment is marked down, one of the three parts ordered was missing, and another part that they ordered was the wrong one! Long story short, I did not get my car serviced there due to those parts missing, I took my car to another dealership where things were very easy and smooth, and my quote was about %$60 cheaper than the quote I received here!
