I reached out for an inquiry to assist with the yard and garden cleanup. They were quick and professional. I double checked sprinkler system to make sure that things were in order, found three leaks but they fixed them right away. We also have fruit trees and pets, so it was communicated that some of the weeds closer to the fruit trees and sprinkler system may have to be handpicked and weed spray would have to be pet safe. They will be back next week as to having to adjust pricing for additional work requested. After much thought, I would have to say no. I spent I thought a clear amount of time to go over what I expected. The entire project cost me $4800. It was for a Tree Trimming of a number of trees. The first thing I thought was very clear was a very large and old branch from a tree that I had taken photos of my grandchildren, climbing up over the years. I did not want this branch removed the person I went over all of this with apparently wasn't on site when the work was done, and that branch was taken down, it still pains me. The damage is done, but very clearly I will never invite a contractor to work on my property if they're only job is to price the project as in this case, snd not clearly go over what the expectations are or are not to be. read more
