I called Wet n Wild Irrigation as I had a leak in the supply line to the valves. They were able to come out same day and repaired the leak. The two men who came out were nice and were able to complete the necessary repairs to get the system up and running prior to a home inspection. Exorbitant Charges and Mispresented Service I recently had a terrible experience with Wett and Wild and its founder, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with their services and misrepresentation that this individual is still part of the company. The most egregious issue was the exorbitant charges they levied on me. They charged almost $500 for just four sprinkler heads, 20 feet of line (did not need to dig or bury) and 90 minutes of labor! When I spoke to the business office about the charges, they said that the founder no longer works for the company but he'll sometimes go out and do service calls when customers call his phone - the original phone number for the company. As a remedy, they said they'd put a new phone number sticker on my control box this fall when they blow out the system. Lack of character on all counts - not taking accountability. We've used Wett and Wild for almost 10 years. That ended today. My advice: Save yourself the trouble and money, and look elsewhere for a reputable and honest lawn sprinkler service. read more

Had a technician out which missed replacing heads, raised heads to high, adjusted heads which sprayed paths and driveway and did a really crappy job. Then they sent more technicians out to fix the problem. But then billed me with a higher bill after I had to take off work another day to have to attend to get their shawty technician issue. Not customer service friendly. read more

They never showed up for their scheduled sprinkler blow out appointment. I stayed home and was late for work waiting for them. What is even more irritating is that nobody answers the phone. You always leave a voicemail and they call back on their time. read more

Had the lines blown out last Fall (second attempt after they couldn't figure out how to open my fence gate the first time). Got home to find 4 or 5 sprinkler heads scattered around the yard with some of them broken. Was waiting to be contacting by phone call or letter since I never received an invoice for the work. Figured they saw the damage and just considered it a wash. Finally received an invoice at the end of February. It had red stamps of "LATE" and a threat of being sent to collections, yet this was the first I had received anything. Called shortly after the receipt of the invoice to discuss the damage that occurred last Fall when they serviced the property. The gentleman I spoke with was dismissive of my assertion that the sprinkler heads came up/broke as a result of the lines being blown out, and said they were probably like that before Wet and Wild serviced the property. He said we would look into the notes from the technicians that did the work and call me back. He said he was busy for a few days, but would call me back the following Thursday. He never did. Instead of spending more time on this and going back and forth, I just paid the invoice and will use someone else in the future. read more

These guys do not stand behind their work. They broke my sprinkler manifold in the fall when they winterized my irrigation system. After I called in October about it, they offered to come out and assess it, but never did. Then in May after, I made repeated attempts for them to come out and assess/fix the manifold, but they refused to return my calls and emails. Unethical business. read more

Dissapointed in customer service but they got the job done, I think. I didn't realize they even came to my house and so we ordered someone else to come after I called them several times and didn't get a response. They finally called my husband and told him they had already come out and half were blown out and will need to do the rest the next day. There was no invoice and no sign that they had been there. We had them to blow our sprinkler out and when there was no evidence they ever showed my husband called to see if the job was done, after 4 unanswered calls finally got a call back saying they did half and had problems with the rest. I have to disagree with the comments that I was looking at. I do not usually write a review, but I think the ones I tsaw when I went to pay my bill were wrong. I have used them for years. They have always showed up on the scheduled day. They have fixed a couple of things for me over the years, and they have always done a good job. They even gave me some advice on my lawn care that was different than my lawn service and the advice they gave me turned my lawn around. read more

Terrible never consider using them. We scheduled a blowout from them, and when there was no sign that they did it because"You don't need to be home". Called to ask if they did it, after 4 days got a call back saying we did half, had problems with the rest. Ok thanks for letting me know, can't wait to replace my frozen system next year. read more

They installed my system in the summer of 2017. They had a large team and got it all done in day. They came in above the estimate and charged just for the estimate which was great. Taught me how to use the system and schedule the sprinkler times. Before winter they came and blew it out fast. No issues next summer with any of the heads. Would recommend them to friends and family. read more
