This place is the best. Great family, very knowledgeable, honest and on time. Richi and the crew are top notch and they take care of you. Our family has had a blast renting from them for the last 2 years.

The "little guy" rode it all by himself!!

Rich and his mom are accommodating nice people. They made the process of renting a pontoon easy. We rented an older pontoon that was perfect. The rental is 9am-6pm. We went to the local Walmart and bought a 2 seater inflatable "ski jet". That pontoon was so much fun ( and more affordable than some we've rented in the past) that we rented it for the next day and kept it overnight! We aren't going to the river again without renting from them!

These people were amazing to work with. All I can say is any negative reviews are probably from the result of negligence. They do everything they can to educate you about boat/jet ski etiquette and how to prevent damage in their contract and by making you feel watch a video on safety. From the paper work to the amazing dude who unloaded our craft at the ramp. He had us video to make sure there's not damage. Checked the craft on the drop off and as long as you follow directions you return it in the same condition. Awesome attitude and service. Price is worth the 8 hour rental. I even forgot to give a life jacket back and I didn't get any harassing calls or txts they gave me the benefit of the doubt and I was the here first thing in the morning to return it and it was not a big deal. Definitely my best experience renting jet skis and would do it again. Thank you all for your amazing service we had a great time.

Rented our boat from 2pm-6pm on Saturday 09/07/24 party of 11. Had a great experience with customer service and the boat . At the end of the day they called us looking for a child life jacket, which was never used because my grandson brought his own. Hopefully you guys found it, my wife was a very upset, felt like you guys were blaming us. But overall it was a good experience.

This is our second time that we have rented from this place and both times we have had a very good experience. This time around we found out that the business was sold but Richie, his mom and the inspector guy, Bob, i believe was his name were all very helpful from start to end. We had an incident with the jet ski and they came right to the rescue to pick it up so it wouldn't interrupt the rest of our rental time. We rented a pontoon and 2 jet skis and both rentals were at awesome prices, the rental time was good and the quality of the rentals was good as well. They were understanding, helpful and very informative. This will always be our go to place for rentals. My brother even uses them. Wishing them the best of luck on this business adventure and they are off to a great start and hope they always keep the awesome customer service we received. Thanks!

If you are wanting a jet ski or any watercraft. This is the place It is a family owned business they have fair prices and customer service is untouchable. They really care and enjoy they're work. From the first phone call I was impressed and excited. The Jet Ski's ( Waver Runner) we rented we're in great shape very powerful. We had a ton of fun with them. To top it off they went EXTREMELY above and beyond. Long story short are taxi flakes on us and my friend and I were stranded. We started walking back to our camp site 15 mile up river. The owners saw us walking and gave us a ride to our campsite which is an hr away! I'm not saying expect a free ride home. But simply explaining how they are awesome human beings. Thanks again to the staff!!!

Amazing service all around! All staff are very knowledgeable and have many years of experience. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They helped launch the jetskis and even came to pick them up! 5/5 Experience! We rented a Yamaha jet ski from Parker Watercraft Rental for the entire day 9-5 best deal on the river by far. Donna was so welcoming and we had the best time with family out on the water! Everything about the experience was super smooth Richie helped us pick the best jet ski and they were all so professional from booking to a punctual pick-up and drop-off. The team and Adrian was on time, friendly, and made sure we had an amazing, worry-free day. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to make the most of their time on the water! They were military friendly and very supportive. :) Even after the trip they were so heartfelt like did you have a great time? Genuine passionate and treats people right and fair thank you, you all rock keep it up. 100% recommend to all help family and friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - We rented a pontoon boat from Parker Watercraft Rentals on a Sunday. The staff was helpful and great at answering all my questions thoroughly. They went over boat operation & safety. We loaded the boat at the launch ramp with our personal items and the staff helped launch the boat. The equipment/boat worked properly and ran strong. This was definitely a memorable day out on the river with family. The staff was waiting for us upon return and pulled the boat out of the water. This was a great trip on the Colorado River and definitely worth every penny. Renting from these guys was a pleasure and we will be a repeat customer in the future. Thanks! read more

Awesome time, the process was super easy to get on the water, and they delivered exactly what they promised. The Wave Runner we rented was in good shape, ran excellent, and they guys were super friendly and accommodating. We showed up, talked about safety, watch the video in advance, got our vests, and hit the water right away. We called them to extend a day, no problem. They showed up promptly at the ramp when it was time to return, no worries at all. I would highly recommend Parker Watercraft Rental! read more

We rented a pontoon boat for the day. The condition of the boat was awful. When we had two people on the boat and were going 5 mph, we hit a wave and the headlights fell off the boat. When we returned the boat, the owner blamed us and was so angry that he almost started a fistfight with us on the ramp. The son is a hothead, and is not afraid to throw a punch. Such a great day on the river thanks to Richie and his PWC's! Super great experience, very responsive, ( I emailed and they got back to us right away each time)..Richie is super enthusiastic about what he is doing and everything went perfectly. We met at their office, did the paperwork and then we met at the launch site right near where we were staying at the Keys. We rented two for all day and soooo glad we did. We went up and down to the beautiful red rock area near the dam several times and down the other way, cruised through the Keys and stopped and met our friends for lunch at the Black Pearl for a great lunch- we just beached the skis, then floated for awhile and jumped back on after lunch. If you are considering renting, choose Parker Watercraft and reward nice people providing great service and have yourself some FUN! read more

I got to say this business was absolutely awesome! There kind friendly and very reasonable pricing! We broke the prop(hitting a shallow area) but we offered and followed thru with replacing and helping fix the damage! They were very appreciative gave us pointer to do things with our grandson Since hes just about 2! Had the best service with Parker Watercraft. The owner was very down to earth and a pleasure to work with. I made several calls to rent Jet skis in Lake Havasu and Parker, AZ. This place returned my calls promptly and were very patient with me and my situation. I would definitely recommend their services if you are in the Parker area. Very good customer service. You will need to watch a ten minute video before renting. You can watch it on your phone before hand or at their office. After filling out paperwork at their office, you will follow them down to the boat launch. If you want to come back early you can call for a pick up. Helpful and friendly staff. read more

Had a pretty unfortunate experience renting from here due to Parker Boat Rentals being booked. The pontoon we rented was in poor condition to the point that a wave caused the front lights to fall off. The max speed of the pontoon was about 10 mph so I doubt it's the first time this has occurred. When we returned to drop off the boat the owners son immediately yells "Mother*******, you f***** up my boat!". He then accused us of smelling like alcohol and partying on the boat despite our group consisting of 5 children, 2 adults and 2 grandparents. We are definitely sticking to Parker Boat Rentals by Pirates going forward and I would recommend others do the same. read more

Richie and Donna were very communicative during the reservation process, and our JetSki was waiting for us when we arrived in Parker. We were struggling to find a rental this last weekend due to covid and they were more than accommodating. Very friendly people, didn't charge us like most places for a child's life jacket, easy pick up and drop off. Deff will be using them again. On short noticed, decided to rent a jet ski here and it turned out great. Didn't have to worry about gas, they added it afterwards. No issues with the equipment. Even forgot to return the anchor bag until the next day and it wasn't an issue. Would definitely recommend this place for river rentals. read more

Our job is to get you out on the water having fun. When you come to us for your jet ski rental needs you get high quality equipment, a fair price and we do the work for you. We take the watercraft to the water, help you on it and send you off to have fun. When the rental period is over we pick the jet ski up and get you on your way. We love this area on the river and we really want you to enjoy it as much as we do.

Meet the Business Owner: Richie and Donna G.

Richie and Donna have been in this area for over a decade. Richie was an award winning salesman for a Budweiser distributor and Donna has been working in and managing casinos for 17 years. We bring our collective talents to this great business doing what we love best! Both of us are experienced personal watercraft riders.

This was a hard number of stars to figure out…read more The boat itself gets 4 stars but the service gets only 1. First the boat - it was very comfy for the 10 of us and it moved pretty quickly. I was surprised at how little gas we used as well (around 22 gallons for several hours of going up and down the river). The BT connection was not working so they loaned us a cable. We later found out that the outlet for plugging in something electrical was not working either, but we were not going to waste time looking for a fuse or going back for another repair issue. I booked our boat months in advance and we were set for pick up at 9:30 and return at 5:30. We arrived at 9:20 and were met at the office by Kristina. She did nothing to charm us but we got the business stuff done and went to meet Wylie on the boat to learn all about it. He went through many things and explained where the anchor was stored as well as life jackets and the flag for skiers and the BBQ grill. He never discussed bumpers as far as where they are stored and how many we had. We took off and when we arrived at our campground to pick up the rest of the gang we noticed that a piece of metal trim was coming loose. It was apparent that it had been repaired multiple times from the screws and screw holes that were meant to hold it on. We all got on and headed back to the casino to show the damage and see what was to be done. They had a nice guy named Chris come over and screw it back on, but he used the same holes that were already stripped so when it came loose again we didn't bother. Meanwhile we had wasted over an hour of time and some gas so I went into the office to see what our options were for compensation. I asked Kristina if I could use her phone to call the manager/owner when she told me that she had no authority to make calls about our situation. She looked at me with a very irritated expression and then she called Tammy and asked if Tammy would speak to me. Apparently Tammy did not want to so Kristina was stuck conveying messages back and forth between us. A partial refund/credit was out of the question so we settled on us keeping the boat overnight and having it back at 8:45 the next morning. It's not really a concession of any kind for them as no one was going to pay to use the boat from 5:30pm to 8:30am, but it was offered and we took it. We took the boat back and arrived a few minutes early. I had brought the life vests that we used for our towable to the office door and then went to sit on the boat in the shade. When K and W arrived at the office I went to the door and she came out and looked at the vests and said to me and the other guy returning the vests, "Whose are these?" in a grumpy voice. No good morning, or welcome back, or how can i help you. I guess that files for customer service in Parker, but it would not in Phoenix. When we came to return the boat we were charged $110 for a bent propeller. I have no idea how that happened, but it was indeed bent in a way that it was not when we picked it up. We were also charged almost $70 for a missing bumper. We were only aware of the 2 bumpers that were on the boat when we picked it up. Apparently there were supposedly 2 more stored under the seats that we never talked about. But there was only 1 there when we brought it back. Also, we were accused of unhooking the bumpers and putting them back on in the wrong place. We were 10 adults on the boat and no one removed the bumpers for any reason. We pulled them into the boat when we needed to but never unwound them. When my husband pointed out that all of the other boats at the return location had the bumpers in the same place as ours we were told that they must have done the same thing. A very strange coincidence IMO. We paid the $180 because they had a $1000 deposit from us and it wasn't worth the fight. This was my first rental from this company, and while the boat was indeed a better quality than some of the other places, I will not rent from them again based on the above.

We were charged for 3 gallons of gas even though we filled it all the way up at the closest gas spot to them and it showed completely full on the gauge. The owner said "So we're charging you for 3 gallons. Unfortunately even though it shows full you used gas coming from that gas station to here so unless you filled it up with your own gas here at the dock, you and everyone else that rents a ski from us will always have that 2 to 3 gallons to pay for." THEN WHY NOT TELL EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WHEN THEY RENT THE SKI? Especially at 7 bucks a gallon? How much do they pay? Pump price wasn't even 3$ a gallon so it's alllll profit for them. Even though they say they open at 8am the guy rolled up at noon to help us. He was 30 min late which could of been time on the ski. Any credit? No. We didn't get on the ski until almost 1pm, could he charge us the half day rate? "Nope. Sorry. Half days are normally done in the morning" WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH IT? All I asked for was a break on the cost for a half day or to not charge us for the gas and this guy (one of the owners) didn't give a damn about anything except getting as much money as he could out of us. Even though they rent that same ski out for 200$ for a full day with a referral from Pirates Cove Resort he still couldn't knock off a little bit when we were charged 300+ after the 4+ hours we didn't have the ski for. Also, the skis are in horrible condition cosmetically. We were the first customers of the day so we got the only one that didn't have something wrong with it. The others? (I've included pictures) bumpers hanging off, mirrors missing, storage department covers missing, seat stitching exposing the foam inside. We will NEVER use this company again and I'd advise you to stay clear of them and use one of the other ski/boat rental companies at the River. Positives? - The girl in the office we spoke to was really nice. -The ski ran well. -The worker (not 1 of the owners) a guy that helped us at the Bluewater Dock was really helpful and knowledgeable. Even though you could clearly tell the owners ran the poor guy into the ground. Last thing I'll say is this, I leave a lot of reviews on Yelp. A lot of good ones and some bad ones. I'm not the guy that just focuses on the negative but that's all that I experienced here. I really hope these ppl get their stuff together and learn what customer service is.

We lost the first hour with the guys looking at the ski that never started up and the last 2 hours because the boat finally gave up. No apologies or offer of a discount Ruined our weekend!!! And they said they do not offer refunds on storage so I disputed the charges on my credit card for the service and storage that I prepaid and am not using.

It was delivered to them in the beginning of March, long before the summer peak season. It was consistently forgotten about, and there was zero communication on their part to me. Any progress on their simple task, was due to me proding them along. They had one simple job, remove the seats and take them to upholstery place and reinstall upon completion. They somehow lost one of my seat backs doing this, and tried to blame upholstery place. The upholstery place had to take the boat from them to finish the installation and the recreation of the seat back that they lost. I received my boat from the upholster. Before I even recieved a final invoice from Parker Boat Co, I was being threatened with a mechanics lien. Anthony told me their work was done, and I must pay invoice. I paid the entire invoice the same day I received the boat from upholsterer. Upon inspecting my boat the next day, I found numerous pieces of hardware loose, or completly missing (see pic's). All of this and no remorse or apology from the owner. I would not recommend Parker Boat Co. to anyone. You will be disappointed if you do.

We've had some mediocre experiences and some BAD experiences, and this place takes the CAKE for being AWESOME!!! We had a party of 8, 2 adults and 6 older teens and had reservations with a different rental company and less than 48 hours prior to our reservation they had to cancel due to mechanical issues. We were left without the size motor and length of the boat we felt comfortable using for 8 adult sized people, who wanted both space and power to pull a tube and have fun. Thankfully we found Havasu Adventure Beach! WOW! I am SO glad I did! And INCREDIBLY happy that the place we originally booked ended up not having the boat, because this boat had MORE horsepower and was CHEAPER!!!! Not only that, but the deposit was also significantly less and was refunded in less than 24 hours. The staff were ALL amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and made our whole group feel welcome! And YES, they really are RIGHT in the water, so no launching the boat or having to get it onto the trailer at the end of the day. You park your car right there and the boats are in the water and waiting! One thing that really stuck out was upon our return in the afternoon, after the boat was perfect all day and we all had a blast, the gentleman working helping guide us in yelled out, "Hi guys! How was your day? So glad to hear you had fun! We really appreciate your business, we know there are lots of choices in Havasu and we are so thankful you chose us!" WOW!!! Talk about customer appreciation! Especially after the HORRIBLE owner I delt with at the rental place we 1st booked. Night and Day difference! Absolutely will be back. the new owners saved our weekend. Had reserved 2 sea doos for 2 days from another company in the area - reserved them months in advance- paid my deposit and on the way up to the river-got a call saying they were going to have to cancel our reservation due to a family emergency. We were so bummed- this was one of the main reasons for the trip. struck out every other place we looked. Didnt help that there were storms and power outages periodically over the weekend. BUT then i got a hold of Donna who responded immediately and her and Richie (?) hooked us up solid. He even gave us a ride to and from their shop to the launch area so we didnt have to wait around. Called and left a message on the weekend. Received a phone call back on Monday morning to reserve jet skis from them. Rented two.The couple that runs it were very nice and quick to answer any questions. Arrived filled out paperwork took small test and were on the water within a half an hour. Jet Skis ran perfectly! And the River was beautiful and perfect for the warm day. Wanted to go In early from a long day of fun, called them and they were there very rapidly. I called them the day before I wanted to rent Jetske's and they worked with me and i was on the water the next day having a blast on the skies, they also gave me a First Responder discount. Very friendly, very nice I will be using them every time I go to Parker. I highly recommend this company for first time renters or experienced watercraft operators. The owners were awesome to work with. They even picked us up to rent it and launched near where we were camping. We appreciated their willingness to work with us since we had a camper and 2 babies so picking it up would have been difficult the jet ski itself was very powerful and well maintained.
