While certainly not the cheapest quote I received I felt confident enough to give him a try. I am glad I did. When we pulled up to pick up the car, I exclaimed to my wife, "look someone else has a car like ours getting done." Then, after a few seconds, I realized that it was my car that was looking all shiny and new! The job Victor did resurrecting my car was nothing short of amazing. After the walk around and payment, Victor made some suggestions about getting the rims refurbished, driver's seat leather repair and front bumper repainted. After some discussion, we elected to do all of these things, with the satisfaction guaranteed by Victor. An appointment was set for three weeks down the road. However, the final price more than doubled due to what they called "condition-based" upselling, which caught me off guard. I get upsells for things like stain removal, but I was disappointed that the price increase wasn't communicated clearly upfront, and I ended up paying $387.11 out the door. Also, though the cleaning quality was fine, the way the technicians handled my dash cam cord was careless--it was left hanging out instead of tucked back into the car ceiling and the charging portion was left hanging out of the door and ended up breaking when I started driving. They also left trash like expo markers around my car, which felt disrespectful to me and the neighborhood. The most unfortunate part was when I raised the concern about an over doubling of price as a first time client, their response was largely dismissive and defensive, repeatedly citing the terms and conditions I supposedly agreed to without addressing the substance of the issues.
