Another disappointment, another waste of time... Set up an appointment for Monday, 9am, the week before. Communication was at first through Yelp then via text. I arranged for someone to pick me up from the service location after vehicle drop off, and for someone else to take me back to the shop when it's finished. Well, come Monday morning I drive to the location listed here only to find out that the business hasn't been there for quite some time. Ok, no big deal, right? I immediately text and ask for the location of this business. No reply. (Updated, a reply about 30 minutes later stating his location was in a neighboring city, but I had already adjusted my schedule, heading south into San Diego) This is not the first experience of this sort apparently. He could have sent me the updated location immediately following the appointment setting, but alas, negative. Communication is paramount in today's business environment. Failure to do so is certainly is not a path to prosperity. FOLLOW-UP: Via Text: After being told that the location should be listed on Yelp Google et al, and that "pple seem not to find it," he said "we have updated Yelp and Google." Huh? Furthermore, since I posted a Yelp review about my experience, he states "Since you didn't give us a second chance I cannot offer a mobile service at this time due to the quick Yelp review as an elite Yelper." What? So this is my fault? The customer who writes a critical review you can't make good? Anyone with any kind of business acumen knows that rectifying a bad situation can easily offered and generally results in surprisingly good outcomes, but not this guy. Additionally, anyone that knows Yelp can witness thousands of bad reviews that have been updated with experiences towards the positive. What a waste of time... read more

I did PPF and window tint here. PPF was ok, nothing special, they could have spent more time and did it cleaner. as for tint on 2 front passenger windows they couldn't get it right after 2 tries. (bubbles everywhere) so I gave up and went to another business. at least they gave me refund for the tint. read more

Just recently rode my 2024 Yamaha R1 through the rain and it was filthy afterwards! Decided I wanted to get a full detail and called this shop. The owner was awesome, talked me through the service and made sure I understood what I was paying for and let me know about additional service. Told me I could bring my bike in the next day! Not only does it look great, I appreciate him going the extra mile and putting PPF on my tail light and paint to protect it from all the debris in the road. I had my 4Runner worked on my Xavi last July, but just now getting around to my review. I went on an off-roading excursion which resulted in a bunch of "trail-rash", which looks like a faint scratching along the body. I'm pretty meticulous about my cars, and my 4R isn't a dedicated off-roader, so I still need it looking good. Needless to say, I was pretty bummed of the outcome of my vehicle post trip, even though the experience was awesome. I've never needed to source out a detailer for my cars as I typically clean them myself, but this instance definitely needed the help of a professional. Almost 30 min late with no phone call. Couldn't get his generator to stay on ( eventually it did ). The rest was strictly awesome. I had taken out my mats as instructed and this kid ( although late yet very apologetic ) jumped in to his task. He scrubbed ( with a drill and scrubber attachment ) in places I never considered. I had ( notice the HAD) stains from oily boots and ground in dirt PLUS your's truly dumped a soda in it just last week. He got everything. He practically shampooed the arm rests , they were badly soiled, til they looked new. He finished and I was impressed. He asked how did it look ? Pushing my luck now I asked if he could do the carpet on my door panels. Not a problem sir and proceeded to scrub them too. WOW. He ended and packed his BMW ( say whaaaat) and I moved to pay him. It was worth the $55, so I gave him $65 and said well done young man !! He gave me $5 back !!!!! He said that he was late and didn't deserve $10. What he does deserve is my repeat business. I am so glad I went with Xavi. My 2018 black car had some swirl marks forming from taking it to not so great car washes and he was able to make it look brand new again. There was some paint overspray on my car as well that he was able to remove and filled in some paint chips for me. Awesome service!! That sums it up. If you care about your car or are fanatical about your car, Xavi is the guy for the job. I am picky. Really picky about who touches my car. I searched for months to find someone I could trust to detail my new 2013 black BMW, as it was already showing wash damage (minor scratches and swirl marks). It got dirtier and dirtier because I refused to add more scratches. I found Xavi through Elite Finish Detailing (business partners I think) and knew when I saw Xavi polishing a Tesla, I could trust him. I was going to just get it waxed but after talking to Xavi and doing the research to see if it's worth it, I decided to have Cquartz Finest applied. It looks AMAZING. He got most of the wash damage out and it is SO shiny and flawless looking. I don't have to wax it for a very long time. Plus, now the clear coat is a little more protected and less stuff sticks to it so it looks cleaner longer. With a black car, I will take all the help I can get! Xavi was professional, responsive, and thoroughly explained what he'd do to the car. He works really hard and cares about doing a good job. He went the extra mile and did some things not included with the exterior detail. His prices are fair. He even followed up after to be sure I was happy with how the car looked. Very legit service! This guy really made a seven-year-old car look new again. I am getting ready to pass my little Honda on and wanted to make sure it was shinning nice. I called Wes from Elite Detailing, who did my last car, and he was doing some super high-end coating for Testla motors and had stopped day-to-day detailing jobs. I asked who was hot now? He referred me to this guy Xavi (pronounced Havi.) I should have known he would be on point because he was scheduled out for a few weeks, but he managed to squeeze me in. I actually was on the road, but left the car in Diego with a specific request for the outside only. I felt the inside was kept clean.
