Michelle from Wet Nose Mobile Grooming was fantastic. She would sit with each dog so they would be comfortable with her. She was calm and quiet through out the grooming of each dog. Just talking to them. All three of my dogs have medical issues, and she did a great job with them. I recommend her services to others that need mobile groomers. I take care of my mother n law so this is easier for me to have someone come to me. Michelle worked very efficiently. She has a routine on each step on each dog. She brushed their teeth, cleaned ears, trimmed nails. And used a medicated shampoo I supplied but then still made them smell good. They were comfortable with her. All three came to her when she came in the house. Michelle is very sweet and very easy to talk to and cares for animals. I enjoyed her very much! Thank you Michelle! After my last groomer canceled twice, a month to 2 month wait and waiting since March to get my dog groomed, I was calling around different groomers like crazy. Luckily, out of all the groomers I've called, Michelle was able to fit us in within a couple of days when usually she is booked for months. I can see why now and couldn't have picked a better groomer! What I like about Michelle she's mobile which is super convenient, she's very attention to detail, very polite and professional, she has a long timeframe from start to end, and her final product speaks for herself. If you're looking for a groomer, look no further because Michelle is exceptional!! It was my pup's first time getting grooming + haircut so I knew he was going to be nervous and possibly a handful. Michelle's energy is so kind and calming so I do believe my pup felt good with her despite not loving the bathing process. The service vehicle was clean, spacious and very well kept. I really felt like I was walking into a mini doggie salon. Michelle took her time and the scissoring on his face is so perfect. You can tell that she is very precise with her work. I also really appreciated that she snapped a few photos before, during and after the grooming to share with me. It was such a sweet extra thought and I had a pretty good laugh at the photos of him in the bathtub. About a month ago my 15 year old cat became really matted. She's never been groomed before and I called a few places but no one wanted to groom her without sedating her first. My cat was in pain and I needed help fast. I sent out quote requests to different groomers around me and Michelle reach out to me. She took on a job that no one else was willing to do. She helped my cat tremendously. She was so caring and gentle with her, I was amazed at how calm my cat was. Since she's really skittish and scared of people. It took almost 4 hours to remove the Matted fur and I am so thankful for Michelle for helping my cat. Will definitely use her again when the time comes. Highly recommend her. Wow! Michelle is amazing! She is such a sweet person. She took such gentle care of my baby girl Sammy. She took her own time since Sammy is a senior dog. She saw how she reacted to things and anticipated her needs while grooming. She allowed me to check in on Sammy periodically to make sure she was okay. She cleaned her dirty ears and did a sanitary treatment on her. She is just super nice and I cannot recommend her enough. She has great prices and she came right away. She is very accommodating and just a wonderful groomer all around. She is a keeper. I will have her coming here monthly from now on. She also has a very nice grooming truck that your pups will be super comfortable in. I cannot have enough great things to say about Michelle! You won't go wrong booking with her.
