We hired Bill to work on our deck and make it more secure. It was never bolted to the house when it…read morewas built and it started shifting away from the house and becoming unstable. Before starting the job he came to the house and did a thorough look-over of the deck and took notes. The next day I had another contractor come by to give me a second estimate for comparison. They barely looked at it, didn't mention all the things that Bill pointed out, told me they couldn't do it until 3 weeks later, then said it would cost twice as much as Bill's quote. Needless to say, we went with Bill. He started the job quickly and wrapped it up even quicker. When he was done he even quoted us on painting the entire deck, which we took him up on because painting a deck is a major pain in the ass. He completed the painting in about 2 weeks (due to weather and holidays) and it came out great. The deck required 3 coats due to the dark stain that was originally on it, but Bill didn't change the cost of the job or complain. I'll call him again if we have another big project that we need a hand with. He's a good dude.

After it was done...the roof leaked worse than before...they were notified and eventually came back and said...oh...they forgot to use the silicon deal on the seams...they came back and supposedly did the silicon sealing... Next rain...still leaking...and continues to leak... definitely worse than before their attempt to fix it. Here's the main problem...I contacted them...told them I needed them to return and fix the problem as I wanted to paint the deck...and now...the water is much worse and I can't paint it until the leaks are properly repaired.....no callback after a bit of time.callex again...no answers...left messages several times......nothing. Finally wrote them s letter which I still have a copy of....nothing...no response...ever...called once more...nothing. Weather turned to winter and I left it go...now out 500.00 dollars and my roof is leaking horribly. I just experienced another rainy day ...horrible leaking going on still but am totally fearful of hiring someone again for fear of being ripped off once again. These guys are aweful..im retired woman alone and I trusted them to take my money and do the job. I don't like complaining but my daughter's are angry now that I've told them why we can't sit on the deck when it rains as we did before these people made a small leak turn into a huge disaster...then totally refuse to get back to me when I tried to contact them over and over again....I lost 500.00... Horrible people...they sure are as unprofessional ad they come...I would never ever recommend them. I have them scheduled again for this spring to renovate two bathrooms and replace some windows.
