The weather for this excursion prevented us from going snorkeling, so they just let us cruise in the fast boats for 2 hours thru the marinas, bays, shorelines and mangroves of Cancun. So much fun. Alex our guide did a great job, even though one of our boats in the party suffered a propeller malfunction, they replaced the boat quickly and made up our downtime. Great time, and will do it again.

The tour was a couple of hours long and was very exciting! The guides took us up and down the coastline of Cancun the views were spectacular ! We booked the Jungle tour thru our resort and declined the free transportation as we had our own…read more We accessed the marina (Chachi) thru Cancun Bay resort. There was free parking before arriving but the small fee at Cancun Bay resort was WELL worth the hassle of parking further and walking. Juanito met us out front and escorted us to the check in desk. We showed out prepaid receipt but still had to pay the $15 per person marina fee (which was advised prior to arrival). We all received a sealed snorkeling snorkel and Jose passed out the Mask to all that needed. Jose and Juanito were super! While on the Jungle Tour one of our boats lost power after we arrived at our diving spot. Jose called for a replacement boat and they switched boats before we had finished snorkeling. It was a bummer at first but Jose handled very quickly. I would recommend this tour for families and first time snorkelers. You get about 45 minutes of snorkeling and about 45 minutes of a great boat Tour. Back at the Marina all employees had on mask, social distanced, hand sanitizer and the bathrooms (banos) were clean and in great shape!!! There was a bar and restaurant but we didn't patronize. They also have locked lockers to rent for a very small fee and there is a free area storage on each boat that will hold a standard tote bag.

So we made the taxi driver turn around and go back to see if they had anything available. It's been a busy week here in Cancun for spring break and a lot of places are booked. This was the best decision we have made since being here. We had a Sea Ray yacht for the whole day. Our crew was excellent and went over and beyond accommodating our family. They provided us with refreshments and made us fresh fish ceviche. We spent the day cruising, and sightseeing then swimming in clear waters and snorkeling. It was an amazing time that we will never forget!

They were 15+ min late picking us up only to wait for 1+ hours at the dock for the catamaran. It was advertised as a catamaran, snorkel, island adventure, and then an exclusive beach club. Snorkeling was amazing but equipment was cheap and not enough time to do it. The "exclusive" beach club was not nice at all. Food was mediocre at best and felt like we were eating at a mess hall. Basically this was a booze cruise, which is great for some, but it was not sold to us as such and it was a totally disappointing experience. It felt like a floating frat party with cheap alcohol and workers pouring tequila down teenagers throats.

We were able to jet ski for an hour because our other excursions were canceled, but once it was time for our third excursion it started to rain really hard. Please don't book with them. If you experience inclement weather on your trip they will likely scam you out of your money! Find another company. Hope this helps.

If there is only one Xcaret park you have time for, come to Xplor! It was so much fun. They have…read morezip lines, ATV, swimming through the caves and more! My then fiancé (now husband) and I spent the entire day here and was able to finish all the activities (some more than once). The buffet is really good and you can come and go as you please. It's extensive and has a variety of cuisines but my favorite is definitely drinking the refreshing agua frescas. Book your tickets in advance! They sell out. And come early! Even if you have a ticket, you'll have to wait in line to check in and you would wanna beat the crowd for at least the first activity. There are stands with traffic lights at certain areas in Xplor that show you the wait times and line congestion-super helpful! Everybody is required to wear a helmet they provide for safety since a majority is walking under the caves. You are also required to have water shoes. You can find good ones online before your trip or you can buy more expensive ones at their gift shop. There are two routes for swimming-short and long. We did both and we were so glad we tried the long route because you can actually see bats! I've seen mini bats before but it was my first time seeing them so close! And I was swimming underneath them! Keep in mind, the water can get cold so be sure to wear some good wetsuits. There was really long line for the new slide, the toboganxote. DO NOT skip this and trust me, even though waiting outside in the heat is pretty painful, the water slide at the end is worth it! You might share the tube with strangers. My husband and I shared it with two others. You cannot record with a loose device. They will not allow you. You would want to grab on to the handles because you might fall. If you do record, you'll need a GoPro attachment on your helmet or something. The slide is such a thrill! I wish we did it more than once but sadly, the wait time truly was very long. This is a fun tourist attraction for thrill-seekers!

My wife and I visited the park yesterday, and started with the subterranean portion of the park,…read morewhich was an amazing experience. We dropped in the cool water and began walking through the underground waterway, with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites surrounding us. (Quite refreshing, from the hot and humid summer heat of the jungle surroundings). Later in the evening we climbed the top of the large water slide. I was not ready for the twists and turns, along with the stomach to the mouth unexpected downward plunging sections. At the end of the ride, I was both exhilarated and exhausted! One of the park employees, Issac, who is now my hero, noticed how fatigued I was and went out of his way to help me out. Leading me to a nearby hammock, where I spent a few hours getting my equilibrium back under control. At the end of the night, Issac unexpectedly returned and presented me with a few complimentary gifts, a beautiful embroidered tote bag and a stone night light with the Heart emblem with the Xplor logo on the front. It truly touched my "corazon". Shout out to Issac!! From the old guy on vacation from Texas. I'll always remember you and will add this to one of stories I tell my friends and family.

This is a bit of an overdue review but Xenses park was fun! Hubby and I came last year to celebrate…read moreour ten year anniversary. A colleague recommended we do an excursion to Xenses since we've done others by Xcaret in previous years. My favorite activities were the Pueblo and the Xensatorium. These activities really messed with our senses. The zip line and waterslide were also pretty fun and memorable. Park was not crowded and I remember it was like a half day excursion. Lunch is not included. Definitely worth doing.

Small park that lends itself to Xelfies…read more You could spend all day here, but you can get through all of it in a few hours. Your biggest snags will be the lines for the water slides, bird flight, and the Xensatorium. There is a fast pass for the bird flight experience. The kids and I really wanted to check this place out. It had been a long time since we had been here. Since it's a smaller park, it can be overlooked, but the park really tests the five senses. When you first get in you will have the ability to see the various optical illusions (via mirrors, special effects, or room layouts) and take selfies of those moments. The lobby imhas several selfie experiences, starting from the entrance to the locker rooms. Then there's the pueblo, where you will run into an upside down town. You think you are walking uphill but feel the opposite. There will be other opportunities to take selfies of you being in the ceiling, standing over a bottomless pit, or jumping towards the ground...it's all crazy in the Pueblo Abajo Town. The Xensatorium will have you enter a totally darkened tunnel where you will have to use the rest of your senses to feel, smell, and listen your way through the cave...cold, wet, warm, breezy, misty, ...finally ending in a cavern. The bird experience is extremely short, but it heads up the way to the heated float pools, and the muddy river, ...bucket showers will clean you off and you're onto the next one. I thought it was fun, and you can stay there as long as you like. The one thing I don't like about it is the Xnack bar isn't free, you have to pay for the food here...unlike the other parks. If you like selfies, you'll enjoy this park.

8/5/26 My family…read moreand I had a wonderful day trip to xcaret. We got the tour plus plan with the photo package. It included one buffet meal in that day. We took as many photos where all the camera eyes were which made the photo package super worth while. They don't look like much but the resolution and clarity is amazing. Especially when it captures you in the natural rivers. I originally planned to do two rivers but dang, after spending 1 hour floating in one, we were done for the day. One tip for your is bring some shampoo and body wash to use after the rivers. I didn't think to bring this and could only rinse off in the outdoor showers. Felt a tad bit icky all day. Lots of walking in our water shoes but enjoyed the butterfly sanctuary, jaguars, waterfalls and parrots. Lots of photo opportunities. Beautiful park. I now see why they charge you an arm And a leg. Gift shop was great. We spent about an hour in there and got some nice things. The night time show was two hours with a 10min intermission. I loved learning about the Mexican culture. All the dancing and music was beautiful. We had a lovely day here

Never seen so much colour under the sea before, felt so privileged especially when an inquisitive turtle swam up to have a nosy at us. On Isla Mujeres, instead of staying in the north of the island (where we docked), John was excited to rent a golf cart and so we toured the less touristic, south part the island. The north also had it's own charm, street vendors, Playa Norte (rated in the top 10 of the world's best beaches) plus it was also home to a phenomenal dulce de leche icecream, so much so I had 2 of them in about half hour

View is GORGEOUS!…read more Definitely a picture worthy spot in Cancun. I stayed here for 4 days and I loved it every single day. The staff are very attentive except when it gets super crowded. I was sitting out in the patio area when it was raining and even that view was gorgeous. You can order drinks, food and anything you want from any of the restaurants. They have a menu for the pool deck but you can basically ask them whatever you want and they will make it happen. The view from upstairs is beautiful too because you can see the layers of two infinity pools with palm trees in the back. I've seen this at Amankila in Bali but it's a different feel. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Cancun.
