On this coldish Wednesday winter evening, it wasn't as busy and boisterous as our previous visits, and that was just fine for our usual catchup party of 3.  Sam was our fine and attentive server and she adequately took care of the whole dining room on this night. Arriving at 5:30pm, we took advantage of Happy Hour and had 6 beers by 6pm for $5 each.  We also had a cheese curds appetizer for $10 (discounted from regular $12). While the mom stayed with her daughter, I ran over to Auntie Anne's and ran to the head of the line to get a lemonade and pretzel. I'm sure there were some disgruntled people in line but most were understanding. The manager quickly gave me a pretzel and lemonade and told me "go!" and refused to take my money. The girl is ok - she and her mom took some time as she ate and drank. I stopped by again to thank the manager (and give him some money) for helping the girl get well enough to head home.
