John and his helper did a fantastic job getting our things out of our home, besides helping with some packing, on November 30. Lassen Transfer & Storage delivered our belongings to our new home on December 2, 2020. This transport involved 268 miles in total. The company was challenged by our high hill, and their 42' moving van made it to the top of our hill without any problems. Their customer service was outstanding, and they did a great job of safely protecting all of our items, while in transport. I highly recommend them to anyone in CA that is moving within the state. I am not certain if they go out of state, but Nevada would probably be within their jurisdiction, too. This is a family business, and even the father, Arlan, dropped by on December 2 to make sure the move of our items into our home and garage was going smoothly. The fact that this company would go all the way to Stockton to get our belongings of over 6 tons, and bring them to our new community near Susanville was phenomenal. So weird and creepy considering he knew we were coming. And very mortifying. The house itself is very filthy and disgusting. There is thick dust and clumps of cat hair everywhere!!
