All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

Our awesome friend from the well company referred us to Chris at Gardner's water service and and we scheduled an appointment for a same-day install and quote job and couldn't be happier. The work was done in an incredibly professional fashion, and in a very timely manner. There was no attempt at an upsell that would have resulted in additional equipment and everything that was installed was very well explained so that we knew exactly what we needed to do to operate it properly and maintain it After the install, they remained available for prompt responses by email and text to help us get the system working in optimum fashion. As far as costs go, they were right in line with everybody else except they go the extra mile and use better quality components to set up the plumbing so that it doesn't require ongoing maintenance and provide the right products for your filtration needs the first time. They also were able to install the system so that if we did need anything additional, we could just add it on in the future. Overall, very happy with the experience here and the prompt service received, and will definitely be recommending gardeners in the future .

You have done work for us for years and suddenly your customer service has evaporated.

We bought a house that already had their water filtration system installed. We called them to come…read moredo maintenance- replace filters, make sure everything is working as it should etc. I was especially concerned about a water filter that looked especially dirty and possibly clogged and accumulating sediment at the bottome. The tech came and supposedly did everything needed including a water test to verify cleanliness of our water. Total $500!! Afterward the filter looked exactly the same like it hadn't been touched- orange-ish on top and full of brown crud. After calling and texting back and forth they agreed it didn't look clean, that we should take it apart and clean it per some instructions they sent us. When saying to them shouldn't this have been done during our maintenance appt? They then said yes it was done (which is a lie)... also why send us directions to take it apart if it was already done? Anyway we followed their directions which ended up being semi-difficult but washed out the orange slime and sediment but a plastic piece was broken on the filter during reassembly. We called them and they quoted us another $400 to totally replace the filter! Although it was their fault for not doing it in the first place! My husband then went to the local hardware store and bought a little convertor piece for a few bucks and fixed it. Moral of the story will not have them return because basically we paid them to do a job that we then had to finish and they refused to admit any wrong or try to fix it.
