Today I asked them why they were not honest and she told me why would I tell you it got verbally heated and I left? The woman is nasty integrity not there knowing we are raising an adult with developmental learning disabilities when I reported it to Better Business Bureau. She seemed to understand at the time of working out a payment plan on their deposit, but by what I've seen today a whole different story.

In the winter you have a constant power outage due to poor maintenance of lines. This is a community owned utility and it shows. These people do the least amount needed to provide electricity and charge for big profit. Not like we have any options living in Susanville. Expect $200 + a month for a family of 2 in a 1000 sq ft home with wood heat. One of the ladies at the office tried to tell me...people forget their gas furnaces use electricity... that's why my bill was so high. Funny I don't have gas, or propane into my home, all wood heat.

I was told I would get a refund when we first got the account set up. The last person I spoke with (Phillipines) told me she just processed it and I should receive a check in the mail for ~$100. I called to follow up today and, surprise, surprise, no such payment was ever issued. Some of these outsourced companies have systemic lying and brush off, which the empolyees are masters of. Oh, and, of course, the US contact number doesn't go through (nor the local office number) - plus they won't put you through to a supervisor. Total dishonesty.

They switched out the tanks and we haven't had any problems with them keeping propane in the tank. This all happened in January of 2021. It is now June 2021 and the empty tank is still in our yard. We have called them on 10 different occasions, and they had 10 different excuses why they haven't pick up the tank. I would never deal with them again. Ed Stab propane is happy to take care of you.

After reading reviews from all the various businesses listed I chose Dr. Mac and am so glad I did. He usually comes to your home but this was a surprise for my husband so he met me at Best But and we walked over to Starbucks where he worked his magic. I hadn't gotten a case for the IPad so he walked back to Best But with me to help find the right one. No go, so when he got home he researched it for me and sent me a recommendation online that was incredibly inexpensive!! I felt he earned every dollar of his very reasonable charge. Had Dr. Mac visit our home to evaluate our Mac laptop that has been very hot over the last two…read moremonths. Kevin was very friendly and focused on our 16 inch laptop. Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.
