PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Headline: Great Caesar's Ghost! WESH Channel 2 Leaves Old Glory in the Dark--Wait Until Superman Finds Out! Body: Orlando, FL -- WESH Channel 2 proudly flies the American flag at its corporate office facing Interstate 4--a symbol that deserves respect. But here's the shocker: it's in violation of the U.S. Flag Code, Section 4. If Old Glory is displayed overnight, it must be properly illuminated. Right now? It's sitting in the dark. WESH is preparing to spend millions renovating its studio and lighting up its tower like Times Square, yet somehow can't spare a few lumens for the most important remodeling: lighting the American flag. "I've emailed them, pleaded with them, short of marching to Home Depot myself to buy spotlights and fix this patriotic faux pas," says Michael J. Sopoliga, a proud American. "This isn't just an oversight--it's un-American, it's a disgrace, and yes, it's a violation of federal law." Surely someone at WESH can step up. If Superman can save the world, someone can save the flag from the dark! Great Caesar's Ghost--get someone on the case! And hurry... wait until Superman finds out! Contact: Michael J. again the Cox media group, the greedy sons of a blank. They are won't negotiate with the satellite companies and they have pulled the station from the lineup. My suggestion to everybody is never watch that station ever again or call the station get the operator and give them a piece of your mind about how greedy they are because they've already responded by putting a little ad in on there are automatic phone system for dish Netwerk it's not like oh if you have a complaint yeah no hit number two it's a connection to dish dish Netwerk so again these people are a joke, and the best thing to do is boycott them completely read more

So very tired of seeing that Christian cross on Martha S. Not appropriate for news anchor/reporter. When I watch the news, I am expecting credible FACTS.... wearing that religious paraphernalia DISCREDITS you as a news source. Unfortunately in this day and age of extremism- specifically Christian Nationalism, a worthy news organization would be more sensible and simply BAN ALL JEWELRY on their employee/spokesperson. Seriously- would they tolerate a satanic pentagram piece of jewelry??? I am done with this network-they never even had the decency to answer my emails regarding this issue! read more

Fake news fake news! Unbelievable how many lies they report! I guess they want prison time real soon! They are violating the constitution that's a big no no! Trying to call them and no luck to tell them off.you really care about us the people you should report truth if you can't then go elsewhere. But stop dividing let people know the truth! I can see why you all lost your channels on regular cable losers. You guys are disgustingly lying about what President Trump is doing to save the world from pedos and evil. Good riddance see you all in prison read more

jus received a call from my lady , she was watching right this minute, and called when the show 'literally' joked about shooting police, and 5 minutes before that they were glorifying muslims as human (not) f' that we ask a total white boycott on all show advertisers, " we can take our country back by keeping white christian money to those who stand for what this country is meant for,, only followed by known white hater racist steve harvey (sic) total white ban on all companies associated , we are filing a fcc complaint at lunch read more

Not true. They were talking about the hail damage and contractors this morning. Most roofing contractors are not out to scam anybody. We simply know what Florida building code ask for and we expect the insurance company to honor their agreement and cover what's in the policy in regards to the same building code. They make it seem like they should be afraid to do business with us. It's very unethical and unprofessional to just talk bad about an industry in general like we're drug dealers or something. read more

I am sick to death of having my programs interrupted for "local breaking news." Who on earth cares about some potential criminals being released on bail from jail? Thank heavens you don't do this for everybody but I can assure you that almost no one on earth cares about these people. We pay for our television broadcast for entertainment and/or interesting topics--this crap you are spouting (especially for 30 minutes at a time!) about local idiots. read more

This stating jumps from one story to another and never finishes the topic. But more wasted time on weather. We don't need to know by one degree in different towns. Also you need to fire George he's bringing your station down... He's so disrespectful. My family stopped watching Channel 9 news. Waste of air time . ABC also needs to shut the disrespecting View off the air .. adobe watching trash. However the other people are on. read more

The news doesn't show the truth as to what is actually going on in the world. They are very one sided and won't show the news so people can figure out for themselves the truth. They have not said anything I'm regards to the Equality Act and what it will destroy in our country. They chose what you see to creat the narrative they want you to believe They are not journalists they are puppets. read more

What would channel 9 do without COVID fear mongering. Their incessant streaming of negative interviews and praise for Fauci creates a panic that serves no one but their love of progressive views. WFTV has very little on-air talent when compared to the other four options in the Orlando market. Enough with the self-serving news from Greg and Martha. read more

horrible. I just wanted to put a comment on, but it makes it extremely difficult because apparently they made me change my password before I don't remember what it is. So it's why there's no comments on a lot of articles. What a fun website! Never try to comment- too frustrating. read more
