Just wanted to post an update…read more After my 1 year was up, unfortunately I had to stop coming because my availability was no longer the same. I was away for roughly 4 months, and in those 4 months, I gained between 12 to 15 pounds, and the belly was back in full force. I could easily pass for someone in their second trimester, and I'm a dude. And sadly, it was once again hard to tie my shoes without holding my breath. So I readjusted my schedule & priorities, and have been back at F45 for 1 month. In that month, I have lost 2 pounds, and the belly is not as round, but definitely still there. It's kind of hard to erase 4 months of damage in 1 month. And I know the damage was just from the lack of activity since my diet has always been horrible, and will most likely stay horrible. But the best part? I can once again tie my shoes without holding my breath. LOL. Moral of the story, prioritize fitness and your health, even if you eat like crap.

I have been here for a year, and everyone who does the trial ends up signing up for a membership. It is tough but very rewarding - I see results in my body and feel stronger with each workout.

It's been 4 boardings now (confidence builder & had new people at our house) so my review I can say is from comfortable experience. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!!! Alison is the manager who has become my boy's bestie & is HANDS DOWN the most genuinely compassionate & caring person!! She gives us incredible feedback which has also been helpful during our offsite trainer. She is incredibly mindful of not overly stressing him. She ALWAYS goes above & beyond & this has clearly been passed down to her staff. Maia has also been so amazing with my boy as well. There are also others I wish I knew their names who are so understanding and greet you in a caring compassionate manner up front. They are so understanding that this process is also not easy for the pet parents too. My boy has even been able to get 2 baths now and ears cleaned! We can never express enough how much our experiences have meant to us in how they care for our boy. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. They have grooming services and if your doggie is more social they have group play and a pool also. Cat area is available also. They have cameras on the outside areas that you can possibly get peeks during the playtime also.

Ended up cancelling the membership because my wife was dreading the experience every time she was signed up to go. We cancelled 3 days after her monthly membership renewed and their 30 day cancellation policy made sure they charged us for the month we were currently in as well as the following month. Zero forgiveness for cancelling three days after the month started but what do you expect from this customer service I guess. If you want to pay for a gym, go to a regular gym. This is nothing special.

Kennedy Butterfield is a true professional who listens to your body concerns and tailors the stretch for what is needed. Although I have had hip replacement, and multiple shoulder operations, I am able to golf twice a week with no pain or discomfort.

I'm not sure what I expected, but I do know this...when I stretch myself I will stop if I feel pain, tension, etc., whatever. But when someone else is doing it to me...suddenly it feels good, I don't mind, or I just don't notice the pain as much...or I just enjoy the "hurts so good" thing (lol). When I left there I felt like I got a workout, but I was just stretched...it was wild. It was honestly the next day that I "felt it". I'm a person who likes to stay in shape, but I've had a few things happen where I had to stop doing certain things, exercises, etc., and getting back to doing it/things after taking a break is sometimes difficult. Having a little help with stretching and working on range of motion is nice. I can tell it is working and is going to work. I look forward to the next session that is for sure. If you have any sort of tightness, getting over an injury, just want a good stretch, etc. and/or whatever the case may be...check it out! I think you may be pleasantly surprised. They do a free session so you can see what it's about, what they do, etc....so you don't lose anything. If it's not your thing, ok. If it is your thing, then they have a few plans to choose from. Please know that all of the employees are certified and/or have experience in some way in this arena and are very professional. If you choose to sign up for a plan, they have a website and an app you can download to your phone to schedule/cancel appointments. Of course, you are always welcome to call as well. It is located in the small strip mall around the corner from Publix in Palencia Commons next to China King. There is more than ample parking in this area and it's easy to get in and out of. They have a restroom as well.
