This is our second time celebrating a Birthday here and all the kids seem to have fun. From the outside, it appears the place would be too small for a gym. I was very surprised how big the inside actually was. The place is clean and well maintained. The party room is a good size and has a large window which overlooks the gym. There are also seats inside the gym if you want to watch the kids. The gym has variety of equipment such as balance beams, uneven bars, and a foam pit to name a few. There are 2-3 coaches that help and guide each child through every activity. The coaches were very patient, attentive and encouraging towards each child. This is a great place to have a Birthday party. Kids can get their exercise and have fun at the same time! Kudos to North Florida Gymnastics and Cheerleading staff. A great, clean facility with a spacious gym and a friendly helpful staff.

We were never given evaluations as promised. The kids were never given a position or trained. A goalie never existed we used the next age group up for our games. We never trained on our home field and maybe had 1 game there. Instead we were placed on a dusty school field where flag football was also in session. 2 tournaments are promised and we only got 1. Every game ended in Mercy with zero wins for two seasons. The last 3 games were Mercy called before or just after half time. Don't waste your time with C.K

The Owner is very transparent and whenever I've had ANY issue big or small he'll schedule to talk to me and any parent for that matter. I honestly can't say enough great things about Island honestly. I'm still so happy to have found this gym (worth our 50 minute drive both ways)! One Gym One Family.

"shoved into a corner" because it seemed a lot of the children getting most of the coaching attention were because the coaches knew the parents on a more personal level, it just seemed like there was favoritism was going on there when I was there..maybe that's not what was going on, but that's how I perceived it. My daughter was literally bored because she didn't do anything her whole time there she would get one turned out whatever exerciser drill they were doing and then she was told to stand to the side. Very disappointing. I went up the street a few days later found iFleming Gymnastics and never went back. Perhaps they've gotten better with the coach to student ratio since.

The owners of this Little Gym had an open house today to let the community know they are now open…read morefor business. They have free intro classes for children from 4 months old to 12 years old. They offer monthly memberships, drop in classes, birthday parties, and parent night out events. The open house was great and the staff is very friendly. They had raffles guests could enter for showing up. You had the ability to be entered into more raffles if you signed up for an intro class or a membership that day. They had snacks for the kiddos and multiple staff members in the gym to help assist the children. We signed up for an intro class for next week for our littles. Come check them out, don't believe you will be disappointed.

Some trash around and on the start of the trail. Beware there were tons of mosquitos on the trail and a stray cat. Who knows how many more. We really have no desire to go back. Those pictures of the "lake" do Not Look anything near like that in person in a negative way sadly and I would probably barely call it a lake.

I can't believe that this is my first time here as I am often in the area and seek out parks to walk and get some steps towards my minimum ten thousand steps a day minimum. But now that I have discovered Losco Regional Park, I will say that I will definitely return to this wonderful park. This park was also pretty popular on this particular Thursday morning.
