However, more recently, when I emailed them to set up a new cleaning (as their website suggests you do), I didn't get a response after a full month. At this point, I tried calling their number. They answered but refused to schedule an appointment with me over the phone, insisting that I text that number instead. I did so, and the gentleman merely "liked" my request for a new detailing appointment. A week later, and there has been no further communication: no asking for more info, no offers of appointment times, nothing. That's three separate attempts over three separate methods of communication, and zero progress. If you're hoping to get this business to come out and serve you, good luck.
