Alright, I'm going to start by saying I've been coming here on and off for almost two decades, with…read morehuge gaps of time between some years. In all this time I have to say that the folks that run this place are awesome! When I first set foot here it was in 2006 and that was to buy a box of good cigars for my mentor who mentored me through my first career oriented job. The owners at the time Larry and Larry were absolutely awesome! Recommended that I grab a box of davidoffs millenium blends, cost me a pretty penny, around $200 in 2006!!! But boy oh boy they were worth the money. My mentor was thrilled, took me back here to have my first ever cigar with him. We smoked and chatted with Larry for about an hour and he even showed us his collection of classic cars while we were here. Since then I've been back a number of times. With hindsight I've discovered that this place is great and it's run by folks with a no nonsense and no BS attitude. They won't kiss your ass and beg you for sale, if you're there to explore and come in with respect and a desire to learn about the art of cigars they will spend the time to go over the details and help you find what you like in your price range. Now for all the naysayers who left reviews for cigar time, I'm going to venture my own estimate and say that they likely came in looking for swisher sweets or something along those lines and expected white glove service for what's considered to be a very poorly made and designed cigar. So all I have to say is that if you come in thinking that you're going to get white glove five star service for something like that you're sadly mistaken. But if you come in here with a genuine curiosity to learn about cigars that these guys will help you all the way. For the more if you come in here, knowing what you like and your back respectful and you don't waste time these guys will get you exactly what you need. I'm going to continue to come back here for my cigar needs. Sadly, to say one of the owners passed away two years ago, but the remaining one, is still a great guy and if you approach with respect and don't expect the moon and can appreciate a dude with decades a wisdom and maybe a slightly crass attitude you won't be disappointed! Smoke away folks!

Great service the guy there was very nice and was great in helping choose cigars. The Arturo Fuente…read moreGran reserva was great and paired really well with a glass of glendiddich 15 year.

Beware: Defective Products…read more I bought a product from this store on September 4th around 3 pm. It worked fine for about two weeks but then stopped working on September 20th, with the light flashing red repeatedly, even after charging. The item cost me around $39.99, so I thought getting an exchange would be straightforward since I liked the product. But I was wrong. When I first went back to the store to request an exchange, I was told to come back the following week when the manager would be available. After questioning the employee, he mentioned that only the manager could handle exchanges and that he would be there on Friday. The staff member claimed he couldn't assist further as he "just works there." I agreed to come back then. When I returned, a different employee was present. After explaining the situation, he called someone (presumably the manager) and spoke in a foreign language. Instead of offering a solution, they tried to push CBD pills on me, despite me wanting an exchange for a THC device. I explained the difference between CBD and THC, but they clearly didn't understand. Frustrated, I left and decided to try again the next Friday. On my third visit, yet another person was there. He also claimed he couldn't help and mentioned that the employees are afraid to even ask the owner about exchanges due to fear of reprimand. I've been a customer since I moved here, but after this experience, I will no longer shop at this store. It's now October 21st, and I'm still getting the runaround with no resolution. The workers being too scared to approach the owner is a huge red flag. I'll be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau, as it's unacceptable to sell a defective product and refuse a reasonable exchange request. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
