Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. So that's how that works. I go to Danielle at What a Tease and she is fabulous. She usually does a color melt of some sort and a cut. Both my royal purples and more natural red shade have turned out great. The rest of the salon is decorated elegantly and is always sparkling clean. It has an upper class feel without being snooty.
