I went with the collective facial and loved my experience and my face felt brand new afterwards. It was relaxing and soothing and just wonderful. I think next time I'll try a hydra facial and also maybe opt in for some extras like the LED light therapy, Gua sha sculpt, or decollatege care. But I'd also like to try some more of their other options, like lymphatic massage or an extended scalp massage. This is a place where you can do a monthly membership and get a facial (or other) monthly which is an awesome deal because it's so easy to forget to schedule for your self care. Why not get it at a discount and regularly? I think prices are reasonable and of course even more so with the membership that you can get. I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back!

During the appointment, I asked if the inside of my thigh was going to be waxed, and the technician told me she had already done the top portion and that the service was only the strip outside the bikini line. However, the description on your website states that the service includes the area outside the bikini line up to four inches above the knee. I've received this service multiple times before, so I was familiar with what it typically includes. When I questioned it, her response was, "Do you just want me to throw a couple strips down since we're here?" After checking out, I reviewed the service description and confirmed that my understanding was correct. When I returned to discuss it, the front desk staff were not particularly apologetic. One employee simply said, "It was only $17," and offered to text the owner. While the amount itself isn't the issue, I was disappointed by both the service and the way my concerns were handled. It was not the level of experience I've come to expect as a longtime customer.

She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with me as I expressed my skin concerns & what results I was looking for in cosmetics. She took the time to actually hear me and she was genuine in helping. Lexi was great at providing options with their pros and cons (for my needs) and for the first time in a long time, I am really happy with my purchases and excited to use them all. And even though I hadn't planned on spending the amount that I did when I first walked in, I feel good about it. One thing I wished was to be able to tip Lexi for all her time & help. Although she was super grateful, she said she couldn't accept.
