The stylist, Rachel, told me we could only do part of my hair that day and would need a second appointment to finish. I trusted her professional advice, even though the end result was clearly uneven -- highlights only on the top of my head and none underneath. Even though I wasn't happy, I still tipped her and politely booked a second appointment to fix the bottom section. At my second appointment, things got even worse. I waited about 15-16 minutes, only to be told there was a "miscommunication" -- I had been booked for the wrong service and with the wrong stylist. I had specifically requested Amber to fix my hair, but she was already with another client. So not only was my hair not done correctly the first time, but my time was completely wasted the second time as well. I drove there for nothing and left feeling stressed and frustrated. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. I gave them a second chance and was still let down. I won't be coming back.

I have been getting highlights for twenty years, I know sometimes it gets dry. I also noticed a jagged and uneven cut. I have since put on a mask three times and the ends are still fried. I reached out to Amanda this morning with a picture that clearly shows not only the fried hair but the horrible cut and asked for a refund. The response I got wasn't even from her and didn't even have a name on it. They just made another appt for me to come back in!! Why would anyone in their right mind go back after Amanda did such a horrible job and wouldn't even respond to my request for a well-deserved refund? There's $400 down the drain!!! Book an appt at your own risk!! Update: The manager, still don't know their name, offered me a refund for the haircut, the cheapest service. I agreed to the cut and tip to be refunded. But, Im still out $300 for burned, shabby looking hair. No apologies from the stylist or the salon. I just received a response from the owner on Google. In response to the owner, it looked fine when I left. Amanda hot ironed and you couldn't see the chopped cut. So, it does reflect perfectly. I tried to mask my hair at my own cost, why would I let a stylist touch my hair again after she did that? YOU would never accept that for your own hair, why should I? And I sent a very clear picture of the cut. You don't need to examine it in person!
