The machines are easy to use but only take quarters! So you'll definitely need to come prepared with cash/quarters (at least $10-15 worth)! A XL wash is ~$8.50 (34 quarters) and the XL dryer is $0.25 per 5ish minutes. There is even a small cafe/juice bar next door that is open for refreshments! Very cute idea if you stick around and wait for your laundry to be done. 7/10 - I wish the laundromat would switch to a digital system so that you can transfer money to a card. It would be much easier than carrying around a bunch of quarters.

You are unable to pay with quarters , you have to get a reloadable card, and of course if you load $10 and use the 6 load washer which is $8.25, you will have .75 left after because they charge you a $1 for a new card then ... you try and use that .75 for the dryer and you get left with .15! you use to be able to put in 3 quarters... in the end, they make money off your business really gone down hill....

If you don't have a watch there is also a clock on the wall over the dryer section. I was impressed by how well this one is run with someone constantly cleaning after their patrons! DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!…read more I came in to this place around 830pm tonight to dry some of my clothes because my dryer at home stopped working. Upon entering, the guy working there immediately started to harras me about the time. I calmly and politely explained my situation. He then goes "well, I'll let you do it, but we normally don't let people wash/dry their clothes past 8pm" I told him "not to be smart but where is that posted?" He shows me and all it says is "Last Wash is at 8pm". Never mind that their hours posted online and at the store say they close at 930pm. So after starting the dryer, I look up to see who owns the place and ask the employee about it. He goes "Ya that's her, call her it doesn't matter" So I find the owners info in their website, and reach out to her and told her how rude her employee treated me. She texted back "I'm sorry you thought my employee was rude to you"....He was rude, period! She then had the audacity to call me and accuse me of being confrontational in my texts to her. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Clearly the owner doesn't want to make any money, and doesn't practice good customer service or train her employees to have good customer service either. I've been in the service industry for 22 years. The customer isn't always right, but if someone needs help in an emergency situation, the right thing to do is try and help them, not hassle them. Bottom line, go somewhere else to do your laundry.
