This led us to the nearby Ziena Boutique storefront. We went inside and explored what turned out to be an upscale women's clothing store that seems to specialize in trendy smart-casual styles. Ziena has jeans, blouses, dusters, necklaces, permanent jewelry, sparkly custom patches that can be placed on clothing or cosmetic bags, and more. I expected the prices to be high, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were reasonable. I bought a duster-style button-down shirt that looks great over short jeans and a tank, and it was only $45. I have already told several friends that they need to stop by this place. I'll be back!

When I explained that I can't visit often because I work during their business hours, I was told to come on Saturdays. I later stopped by on a Sunday at 3:00 p.m., well within the posted hours, only to find the store closed. On another visit, there was a promotion for a free item with purchase, but I felt rushed to choose my free item even though I was the only customer in the store. The owner suggested a bar of soap, which felt like a dismissive, low-value option. I also used the fitting room, but the owner seemed annoyed that I only purchased one of the items I tried on, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Throughout my visits, I also felt uncomfortable because the owner shared personal complaints and seemed judgmental rather than welcoming. Between the inconsistent business hours and repeated negative interactions, I've decided I won't be returning. I hope the business becomes more customer-focused and creates a more welcoming experience for its patrons.

After ordering and receiving the wrong poles for the shelves from Amazon, I decided to see if I could find them here. They indeed did have them, let me take my shelf into the store to see if it would work with their system, and it did. They have the ability to cut the poles to your specified size. Again, I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 due to price. I still maintain that they sell quality items here, so be prepared to pay for that quality. I did join their loyalty program, which includes 20% off of purchases. Since 4 poles cost around $120, I got $20 off, which makes it more palatable. Not everything in the store is hugely expensive, and it is an organizer's dream store.

The staff were helpful and friendly but let us roam around with our toddler without feeling rushed or pressured. All of the products appeared to be good quality and we felt good shopping local rather than Amazon. We ended up purchasing a neat little book that tells an audio story. They had others that were my first Bach book, my first Mozart, my first Ballet etc. that were more musical and less story. So much neat stuff, we spent quite a while in the store and I foresee us coming back for future holidays and birthdays.

It was perfect, a little something for the momma as well as the new baby. The check out process took some time, but that was okay. It was obvious they were training new cashiers.
