I'm disappointed that their refills cartridges aren't universal so i can use them with my other plug bin. So i have to either buy Walmart's plug in or just use the oil in my oil burner. The workers were friendly. I didn't like that they were restocking or moving product around during busy store hours and on a Saturday. They should wait until later in the day to move product around and restock.

All that said, the thing is..... staple, everyday items are alllllways out of stock. On 1/27/25, I attempted to place an online/pick up order. I found pages & pages of "Out of Stock" grocery items. I posted 4 screenshots of the experience. I considered maaaaaybe it's a website/app glitch, but honestly either scenario is B A D. I recently relocated from Los Angeles. Over there, the "other" warehouse store is a ton more popular, but it was always "a thing" to go. Part of that is LA County has more residents than the entire state of Missouri. Checkout lines could be long. Gas lines could be longer than In N Out lines. Maybe that's because there was actually merchandise. Remind me why we pay the membership? I can order online from the "other" warehouse, and I'm positive not paying the Sam's fee would cover the few cents extra per gallon when filling up at the gas station across the street.

It was very nice to work with someone who actually cared . I was having a horrible experience with Sam's delivery service, Spark . I purchased the delivery service but my expensive item was never delivered . Spark showed no concern . A store manager named Jeremy basically told me it wasn't his problem because Sam's did their part . He blamed Spark . I reminded him that I purchased the product through Sam's and I felt like Sam's should have been more helpful . He showed no concern and totally blew me off . That's when Haylee stepped in and made me feel valued, appreciated , and heard . She even stayed late to help me . I hope that Sam's recognizes her for being the awesome employee that she is .

They have a great selection, everything from seasonal (currently Easter) toys, to dress up, stuffed animals, puppets, baby toys, books, board games, tonies, art supplies and so much more! The staff were helpful and friendly but let us roam around with our toddler without feeling rushed or pressured. All of the products appeared to be good quality and we felt good shopping local rather than Amazon. We ended up purchasing a neat little book that tells an audio story. They had others that were my first Bach book, my first Mozart, my first Ballet etc. that were more musical and less story. So much neat stuff, we spent quite a while in the store and I foresee us coming back for future holidays and birthdays.

This led us to the nearby Ziena Boutique storefront. We went inside and explored what turned out to be an upscale women's clothing store that seems to specialize in trendy smart-casual styles. Ziena has jeans, blouses, dusters, necklaces, permanent jewelry, sparkly custom patches that can be placed on clothing or cosmetic bags, and more. I expected the prices to be high, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were reasonable. I bought a duster-style button-down shirt that looks great over short jeans and a tank, and it was only $45. I have already told several friends that they need to stop by this place. I'll be back!
