They were nice but unorganized. Clean place but probably cause there was no food to make a mess. Had to ask about my milkshake after 40 mins and THEN got it. I'm hoping to do an update at some point. I think they are a new location, so the staff has some kinks to work out for sure. It took me 30 minutes to get my food. When I asked what the deal was because I was watching people come in after me get there food before me and leave. The staff went in the back and grabbed my food like it had just been sitting there and in fact it was because it was cold. They just really seemed unorganized and under trained as if they didn't have a system. There were multiple employees eating in the dining room, some coming inside from working the drive thru, and going to work in the kitchen just all over the place. As for the food, it was standard whataburger it was not bad after I received it. The gm or manager guy was walking around giving free sauces. I think he knew they were dropping the ball. read more

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with med fries and a sweet tea. I ordered at the kiosk to reduce my wait time. As I was making my drink, the number I grabbed for my order was removed from my table along with receipt. I had to go to the counter and I knew it would happen I was met with skepticism about ordering. The big guy walking through the restaurant, I assume some sort of manager, was the one that removed but the young lady was nice and located the number. She brought my food out as well and was very pleasant. The bacon cheeseburger was Ok. It wasn't juicy as I hoped. The fries were perfect! I ordered a fried apple pie as well and it was very tasty. If I do return to this location all I am getting are fries and fried apple pie. The burger was just ok. read more

Great service! I placed a doordash order for whataburger on a calm Saturday night after a long start to the weekend. Unfortunately, Doordash does not allow the option to select Honey Butter sauce on the app, which is a shame since this is Whataburger's elite condiment. I called the store here and requested that they put a Honey Butter in my bag. The lady picked up the phone and was so kind and professional. So, not so lucky with upgrading. I went back about a month later. I figured that would give them time to get the kinks out. Nope. The drive thru line was VERY VERY slow. There was a polite gentleman who was trying to help, but the food was very slow. I ended up waiting in the designated parking spots for my food. It probably took 20-25 minutes. When I got back to the office, there was NO MEAT on my hamburger. I decided to try again one more time, just because that first burger was so good. I waited forever in the drive-thru line, and then was directed to the designated waiting spots. I waited there for about 20-25 minutes again! This time I was frustrated and left. I then filed a complaint on the Whataburger app, and asked to have somebody call me to refund my money. Nobody ever even bothered to call. I am guessing that this particular location does not have strong management. I have no choice but to downgrade them to 1 star (and that is being generous). read more

This is a new store in Acworth on Cobb Parkway (#1487). Don't bother with this restaurant. It will take 15-20 minutes to get your order through the drive through!!! They cannot get the orders correct; I went twice this week, the first time for lunch and instead of getting a regular coke, I got diet - I hate diet drinks. They contain aspartame which is a known carcinogenic. Tonight, I ordered for my wife and I and they messed up her order for her #1. Mustard everywhere!!!! She had to throw out the bun and half the onions, wash the mustard off the lettuce and then put it on another bun so it would be a normal hamburger. If you love mustard and onions, then this is the place for you. Onions were falling off my sandwich like it was snowing. The fries were cold and soggy. There are plenty of fast food restaurants on Cobb Parkway that do a much better job at customer service than this restaurant. read more

Why is Whataburger even in GA? The quality and taste of the burgers does not equate to TX Whataburger. I LOVE Whataburger when it's done right. Like it better than In-N-Out burger. Bottom line, it loses a lot in the translation. Whataburger corporate.... I don't know what happens when you try and expand to stupid states like GA and AL, but the quality goes to crap. Whataburger TX should rule the world. Including CA and fuck In-N-Out. Figure out how to expand without the quality drops. Every single time I come here there is either an item missing or my order is completely wrong. I ordered a Cobb salad last night and they didn't put the bacon nor cheese on the salad. When I told the guy who brought me my food he said the salad comes like that which was a lie. I order their Cobb salad all of the time and they are always forgetting something on it. I went inside to speak to a manager and she had them remake it. It took over 20 minutes for me to get the new salad they made and the inside of the restaurant was disgusting! It was food all over the tables, sticky stuff all over the floor, and the counters were nasty! As I was waiting at least 3 people had to come inside to get their orders fixed correctly just like I had to. It was over 5-6 people in the kitchen just talking and moving super slow! This location is unorganized, the employees are lazy, and they are always playing around instead of preparing customers orders! I will never in my life come back to this location again. read more

I came to redeem an offer on my app and this location just opened according to the associate in the drive thru who took my order. The line was long and I probably waited 15 minutes before I got to put my order with Regina. She was very friendly and blew me away when she moved the line for me to get my one item instead of going through the whole drive thru! First impressions are everything and I can't wait to come back to taste some other items on the menu. These fries met the whataburger expectations with their share of salt and crispiness. Chick fila may have some competition down the street since they aren't the only one with iPads and good service. read more

A friend and I stopped by this location around 11p.m. and was not pleased with the quality of the food at all. We both ordered the #10 with a Sprite. The fries were very salty, we had to exchange to exchange one of the drinks that was brown in color for the correct drink and whoever was preparing the sandwich was very heavy handed with the sauce. Both drinks were carbonated water and not Sprite at all. Although the customer service was great, the food would honestly be the reason I would not revisit this restaurant again. Paying $19.91 for 2 meals that were poor in taste in food and without receiving a receipt for payment is just not something I would receive from a restaurant at all. I would, however, recommended a training for the employees on food/beverage preparation and presentation. read more

It doesn't even deserve one star! I just left the 2955 Cobb Parkway, Atlanta, GA location completely humiliated and with cold food! I went through the drive-thru, and a girl with a tablet took my order, and I paid with her by tapping my bank card. When I got to the pickup window, the employee, Dereon, told me that my order didn't go through and that he had to re-ring it. He tells me it's $12.50. I told him I already paid for it. He continued to tell me it didn't go through. I pulled up my bank app, and it showed it had in fact been charged to my account! I had to cover my account balance and info with my hand and show him I was charged! He left the window and came back again telling me that the order didn't come through to them. I told him I wasn't paying twice for my order! I waited quite a while - meanwhile, the drive-thru is getting backed up - and he comes back again and tells me to pull around and park, and I told him no, I wasn't going anywhere. I had already been in the drive-thru a long time before I ever got to the window. Next, a girl comes over, not sure if she was a store manager or shift manager, but she was clearly above his position by her uniform, and tells me again that the order did not come through to them. I told her that I showed Dereon where it had already charged my account. She asks him in front of me if I showed him, and he says yes...like I'm lying to her! I know the cars behind me could hear because everyone had their windows down. I pulled up my bank app AGAIN and covered my balance info and showed her! Her stupid reply to me was "even though it's showing on your bank account it didn't come through to us." I told her, like I told Dereon, I'm not paying for it twice. She then tells Dereon "her food's getting cold" then turns to me and says "we are waiting on your onion rings, and I'll bring them out to you" and I told her no, I wasn't going anywhere. She rolled her eyes and turns around and asks someone about the onion rings, then says to me "that's ok, they're up now." She never replaces my cold sandwich, she just shoves everything in the bag and shoves it out the window to me! Not a "sorry" or "thank you" or nothing! Just incredibly rude to me like I had done something wrong! I told her this was the worst service I had ever received here, and she just closed the window in my face and walked away, so I drove away with my cold food. I am new to Atlanta, and this is only the 3rd or 4th time I have been here or ever eaten at a Whataburger. I am beyond angry over this! I work in Public Relations and have been in communications my whole career, and her lousy attitude was uncalled for! Especially from someone in her position. I didn't get her name but she was blonde. She has no business being in that position! I called corporate and filed a complaint as soon as I got home. I'll be sure to spread my experience here every chance I get! So I'm from Dallas, Whataburger is a staple down there! I was so excited to see it here in Atlanta. But this isn't like Dallas at all. First this place is brand new and its employees and managers apparently don't care about it. Cups aren't replenished, tents aren't collected, napkins and trash everywhere, surfaces sticky and dirty, tables not bussed, Tea not refilled... Got our food: burger patties are cold, forgot the ketchup, just very disappointing! Not like the Whataburger I grew up on. So bad my wife won't go back so now it'll be harder for me to ever have a taste of my past. Managers do your jobs! read more

Sorry to say I know it's about making the food fresh but the service to get your food was so slow. Food is always ok but not worth the wait.

First, I would like to say that I have never had a burger from Whataburger. Secondly, I would like to say that I stopped by this location yesterday to hopefully enjoy my first Whataburger. I walked into the restaurant, there was one person in front of me, and an employee at the register. I overheard the employee at the register directing the person in front of me to one of the self-serve kiosks. I asked politely if we could place an order at the register. The customer in front of me agreed with my question. I received a very terse response from the employee of "Well, you CAN, but there's never been a problem at the kiosk. " I would have loved to have been able to ask questions about whataburger. What makes Whataburger so special? Why couldn't I have a conversation with an employee that could inform me of the wonderful aspects that make Whataburger unique? I lost all hope of possibly having and incredible experience during my first visit. I genuinely have no desire to try a Whataburger now. Is there a chance that a positive customer experience could have made a mediocre Whataburger enjoyable? I'll never know. read more

DONT GO HERE!!! I've been here 3 times and had 3 bad experiences. I know! Fool me once shame on you and so on and so on and it's on me to come back. I'm so sick of this place. The customer service is awful. Rarely do they get the order correct. They get the order wrong and then have you sit and wait to the side for 10+ minutes (most recently for a single JR burger. Y'all should have that on stack) I give up. This is the 3rd time in a year I've been and it seems to get worse. 1st time I told myself give it another chance because they just opened. They have been open a year now and it's only got worse. Staff is not respectful and do not know how to simple problem solve. I get wanting to stop for a quick bite, but here it won't be quick, and secondly you are treated like a burden. It's unfortunate that the franchise owner is probably a decent person trying to build a business, but stuck with people that treat you badly when they make the mistakes. So unprofessional that I can't help but think they are devious and likely do something to my food (when it's wrong) the last two times so I just threw it away. I hate to wish a business go out of business, but that prime location could do much better with something else that wasn't run by immature and unthankful employees. Likely brings down the value of everything else around it. I'm not someone here to rage about a single experience but I am someone who would prefer to be treated equally and respected when I go into their restaurant. The saying "don't bite the hand that feeds you" well, the customers are the people that pay your income. So it goes both ways.
