Went around 9:30 and it was pretty busy but JACKIE deserve a raise! She was so kind and appreciative of our patience!

All of the below statements are based on my experience on 4-13-2024 Ambiance was not that of what I am accustomed to when I visit Whataburgers in Florida and Texas. I would rate the ambiance 2 of 10. Chairs and tables were scattered throughout the restaurant, not to mention the tables were dirty. Service was very slow. When I did receive my order, it was incorrect. It took 15 minutes to receive my correct order. My receipt was taken by an employee when they went to fix my order. When I asked for my receipt back I was told it had been thrown away. I was refused a duplicate receipt. As anticipated (because of the lack of service) the quality of the food was sub par. There didn't seem to be any presence of Management in the front of the restaurant which could have helped in the area service and organization. This was my first time visiting this location and I was very disappointed and unsatisfied overall. Saddest for me is that I am a huge fan of the Whataburger Franchise. read more

Horrrrrrrrrrible service. It's definitely not anywhere close to "fast food". I've waited, all 5 times that I have gone, for no less than 17 min after placing my order. Don't waste your time. The food was nothing special - and I actually prefer the fries from McD's. Never mind the restaurant was rather warm when I walked in. And the staff there needs some serious coaching/training in customer service. I saw the young male at the front counter using his phone multiple times while waiting on my food. He could've/should've been doing things like restocking cups, napkins, straws, etc instead. One female - who seemed to be a manager of some sort - apparently had an employee do something contrary to what she'd already told them. Rather than address it later, she proceeded to badmouth that employee in front of others as well as customers waiting for their food. And personal belongings of employees like coats were being stored in cabinets in the dining room. Let's just say today will most likely be both my first and last visit to Whataburger. read more

Fries were cold and took a very long time to get delivered. Food was not bad but could be improved.

I ate at this place one time and by morning I was vomiting and having diarrhea it is not safe to eat at this location. It should be shut down my symptoms. It got worse by day. I begin to get flu like symptoms, hot flashes, and chills by night time I had a fever of 103 after leaving the emergency room I was told I had a developed a bladder infection from the food poisoning. I will be contacting city of Cobb County FDA CIA DEA FBI because what happened to me should be a crime a federal crime this deserves no stars. We try to stop by yesterday the drive thru was open but the dinning room was closed and were told it be two weeks before it open the line of cars were blocking the road and making traffic a nightmare. We had seen a couple weeks ago a grand opening sign out front so was surprise it was only the drive thru then we found out that they had a nightmare opening and close to retrain. I think we will wait for a while before trying it again. read more

The line was wrapped all the way around the building. It took us about 30 min to place the order and then about 5-10 min waiting for the food. The staff was nice and our order was correct. Nice brand new location. I recommend trying the honey butter sauce! read more

Solid burger and truffle fries. Busy but wait was quicker than expected and drinks were good.

Be ready to have a LONG wait time in the drive through. I waited 35minutes. Everytime I have been to this location the line DOES NOT MOVE, and I either leave or get stuck in the line regretting my decision. It is not fast food. read more

I love Whataburger and the one in Kennesaw is great, but I'm not sure what they're doing at this one. The food tastes like they don't care. I gave them a couple chances but it still failed. Maybe the crew should take a feild trip to the one in Kennesaw to see what they're doing right. read more

I didn't get to try the food because the drive thru was a mess. Y'all really need to get the logistics of the drive thru together. They didn't even give me my ranch for my new whatawings and wow that's just disrespectful because I was so hyped to eat these with my ranch and nah obviously you guys don't want me to enjoy my food. Whataburger whatadisapointment! I came here with high hopes of getting a great burger meal. I sat in the long long long line for over 20+ minutes then when I placed my order the girl at the window was polite but very rushed so she talked incredibly fast and missed some things on my order (bacon cheeseburger, med fries, and the famous Dr. Pepper milkshake) My daughter ordered the same along with a kids meal of chicken strips w/bbq sauce. When we got to the window the guy that was handing out the meals And taking the money handed me a soda verses a milkshake, so I corrected him. He reluctantly exchanged the coke for the milkshake when the extremely rude manager came to the window and sternly told me they didn't charge me for a milkshake but didn't request for me to pay more when they handed my daughter her food they forgot all the sauces (catchup,salt,Bbq sauce and napkins) we asked for these things and the manager yelled at us that the sauce was in the bag, we let her know there was no sauce, again she argued that there was and the almost threw the bbq sauce at us when she realized her mistake. Long story short the food was way overrated, cold and lacked anything special and the staff totally ruined my experience! I will not go back And will not recommend!!! read more

We came to get food. Went through the drive thru and got home and our order was wrong. I called back to the store and spoke with the Managing Partner Alex. Not only was he kind and professional he remade our order and brought it out to us himself. Great Customer Service. Will go back for sure. read more
