Whataburger wins the day again. Not only are they still serving up delicious tastes-even-better-when-under-the-influence cuisine, but they've taken some serious measures during the pandemic to ensure folks are still able to stay safe while enjoying the food. They now offer the ability to order online, get curbside pickup and even delivery. Otherwise it seems the pandemic hasn't slowed Whataburger down one bit. They still cater to crowds at all hours and offer the full menu, including breakfast. Sure, I'll eat a regular burger from time to time, but the taquitos (aka mini breakfast burritos) are almost always a better idea. I haven't experienced any Whataburger regrets just yet, except how I feel post consumption. I don't find them to be busy much, but then again I've only been here twice at odd hours. At least the crew working there seems to be nice. I appreciate the extra sauce packets and the occasional breakfast sandwich on the house. As always, the drive-thru is where it's at. Too bad they won't deliver to NYC. In the meantime I'll just have to deliver myself to this location. I think I like it better than the actual Biloxi casinos nearby.

    Hot fresh fries!

Food came out hot and delicious. Very clean restaurant with friendly employees. We don't have a Whataburger where we live so was so happy to find this one. Was nervous about the bad reviews, so glad we had a positive experience.

I was traveling on a road trip from New Orleans back to Georgia. We were riding on I-10 through Mississippi when all of a sudden my bestie started screaming that she seen a Whataburger sign on the highway. She totally disturbed the whole car about this WhatABurger sign and demanded that we Google the whereabouts quickly before she pass an exit. Sure enough there is a WhatABurger in Mississippi. Why is this such a big deal? Because we live in Georgia an they don't have WhatABurger. We first encountered this burger place in Katy Tx on a trip to Houston last year. We didn't know what we were getting when we ordered but we soon found out. WhatABurger is just amazing. They have the best burgers. Swear to God. The best lemon pies and they have spicy ketchup something you can't find anywhere. This one did not disappoint. We ate in the dining room. The thing is they bring the food to your table. The only fast food spot like this around. Plus they bring a tray of condiments for you to pick from at your leisure. I love them. Glad my bestie was able to get her fix.

    Tripple Whataburger Texas style!

Once sat, I ordered the deep eddy's sweet tea/lemonade, some cheese bombs, and the i c o n i c mushroom Swiss burger with a side of Mac and was thoroughly impressed. Woody's usually never misses (from the time when I lived down here full time) but they were on their p's and q's this go round. Server (her name is Candace, spelling might be wrong but holy crap ask for her!) was fab, bartenders SlappedXSquared and although the place was busy, I was attended to promptly, could hear myself think (the vibe was chill even though it was busy), and had phenomenal service. I recommend coming to the OS location 10/10!

We beat the Sunday church crowd by about 30 minutes. I decided to try the "Nola" burger (listed as the same blend I had at other locations) topped with blackened shrimp and creamy sauce. I ordered my burger medium well. I usually go with medium, but this being a beef and sausage blend patty, I like it over 150 internal. My burger came to the table RARE at best. Took one bite and immediately saw red...in the patty. To their credit, they re-fired and served me a well done burger pretty quick. The patty was all beef and not a touch of seasoning or salt. The cream sauce was a savior, it was nice and flavorful though partly broken. It did not make up for this (now) overdone and flavorless burger patty. The shrimp were fantastic, especially dipped in this Cajun cream sauce. Then I paid witness to something I have never encountered. The hosts tried to seat a party with a person in a wheelchair, in an end booth. Obviously, they immediately protested and had to explain why they couldn't be seated in a booth. They were quickly moved to a table...but this just shook me on how either untrained or uneducated folks can be when it comes to disabled. Shake it off, back to the review. The fries were delicious and hot, just like the ones at the other locations. I think maybe they make their own ranch dressing, it was killer with my piping hot and crispy fries. The Bloody Mary was OK, glass rim was seasoned but spilled all over the napkin upon arrival. Service was friendly and adequate but otherwise unimpressive, had to call server over for the burger issue. If I had not have had such a flavorful burger at the other location, I probably would not have been as disappointed with this one. May give another try at this location, but will probably defer to the other location given the choice.

The Wings: Perfectly fried with a satisfying crunch, and tossed in more of that signature sauce that we couldn't get enough of. The staff throughout the night was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Now let's talk about the food--because wow. This was BBQ done right. Every single dish was a standout, packed with deep, rich flavor and clearly prepared with care and intention. The meats were perfectly cooked, the flavors were bold without being overwhelming, and each plate somehow managed to be better than the last. There truly wasn't a single weak bite. What made the experience even better was how everything came together: incredible food, thoughtful service, and an atmosphere that made us want to linger - along with playing free pool. I had the Breakfast Burrito - "The One Pounder" with eggs, bacon, sausage, onions, jalapeños, hash browns, cheddar cheese, (Pico de gallo, green onions, and salsa on the side). I declined the queso and the sour cream. This was, hands down HUGE!! Everything was distributed nicely throughout, but I have to comment on the pico. Being from Texas, I am a bit of a pico snob. Let me tell you, this was homestyle pico +100! It's the bomb!! The jalapeños were diced small, and I definitely tasted a hint of garlic in there. For non-spicy people, one of the things they avoid with jalapeños is that the pieces are too big, and the burn overrides being able to taste the flavor of the food. This was great to add flavor to each bite, without the overbearing quality of the pepper. Amazing, and great. My love had the Tenderloin Tips and Eggs. Her is her review: Eggs (fried) were wonderful, with a hint of sweetness we could not define. Southern style grits buttery and smooth, and the tenderloins seasoned wonderfully and delicious!
