The parking lot is coned off to keep order between the drive thru and passing vehicles. The lines were long, but lines don't exist at Chick-fil-a. This was my daily post gym stop, for breakfast. None of my drive visits lasted more than 5 minutes and even that's pushing it. The crew members handle the long lines, like the Avengers handles the bad guys. Everyone was always very friendly. Any "thank you" was responded with Chick-Fil-A's signature "my pleasure". My food was always Chick-fil-a quality. I utilized the app to place my drive thru orders and it made it a breeze. This experience and many past experiences, at Chick-Fil-A, is the reason why I look for Chick-Fil-A in every city I visit. I feel comfortable going there, because the customer service bar is so high.
